A localização da casa é muito boa, ao lado da praia e próximo de diversas atrações na redondeza. A casa é pequena, conforme anunciado, mas confortável para até 4 pessoas. Tem diversas opções de restaurantes, bares próximos . Nossa estadia foi muito proveitosa e tranquila, conseguimos viver bem o clima do local.

The cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend! John and Kimberlee were wonderful hosts who provided just enough guidance and conversation to make us feel welcome yet free to use the space. Steps from the beach and restaurants made it easy to walk to almost anything, while longer trips to Balboa pier were possible on the bikes provided! Thank you so much for helping make our trip perfect!

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Our stay at the beach cottage in Newport Beach for our 2nd visit back was again nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of charm and coastal beauty—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with little touches that made us feel right at home. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the porch with the ocean breeze and the soft sound of waves in the distance, and our evenings ended with breathtaking sunsets just a short stroll away. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away enough to feel private, but close enough to enjoy all the best of Newport’s restaurants, shops, and beach paths. It was the kind of stay that soothes the soul. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us again! Connie place is perfect for anyone traveling to visit the beach, knotts berry farm, disneyland, it is so convenient, lots to do around the area and so close to everything! The area is beautiful, so calm and I felt safe and comfortable staying there! It has all your basic amenities! Connie even took time to check up on us while on our trip, responded on time. I would definitely be booking her again if she welcomes me back, thank you Connie! I recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, private, safe stay!

We had amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb. The place felt like a home away from home, especially with the lovely front deck where we could relax each morning with coffee such a peaceful way to start the day. The kitchen had everything I need, with full access to all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The bathroom was spotless which I really appreciated . Debbi’s house was in a wonderful location and was a very nice space. The outside patio was lovely for spending time together and we could walk to many shops and restaurants, as well as pick up the free trolley to the beach! Debbi was friendly and welcoming and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great stay at Angelica's wonderful bungalow. Spotlessly clean and very quiet, it came equipped with everything that you could need. The fabulous location means that you're only c. 5 mins away from the beach and the many shops and eateries of Seal Beach. Angelica was an exemplary host, with good communication...and a lovely array of welcoming treats.

Cottage is almost historic in a good way in a nice safe neighborhood. An easy walk to all the restaurants in historic downtown Orange - nice to see all the beautiful old homes in the neighborhood. Great that there was coffee and a coffee machine and two patios to enjoy the sun.

It was a Pleasure booking with LanHamilton again I booked with him last year at another location. Nothing but good vibes. Well book again was very responsive and kind.

Terrific place to stay at Huntington Beach. 5 minute walk to Main Street and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Great hosts, very helpful. Nice peaceful place in a great neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay.
