I booked Edward's listing for a client of mine. Edward was a wonderful host to work with throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and patient with all the needs I had for my client. My client also provided a review: Great location, clean and quiet. Had everything I needed including an on-site workout room! Great communication from my host, Edward. Definitely recommend! You MUST stay with Edward when you're in Modesto, CA!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

We were heading up north for our son's/ brother's wedding and really needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath place for us so my wife and daughter could each have their space to get ready. Riley's place provided that and more. Everything was very nice and homey, it helped us to just relax. Riley had a lot of little additions also that were perfect, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, etc, plus the kitchen had all the neccessary items to make ourselves at home instead of always eating out. The linen closet was well stocked with extra towels and bedding. It was very clean and well taken care of. Riley's communication was both proactive in getting us all the needed info before having to ask for anything upon arrival and also, once there, a quick response to any questions. As a family, we enjoyed the stay very much and would without hesitation book this place again should we be back in the area. Thanks for helping us relax during a hectic family week.

Beautiful place. It was like staying at a high end hotel with extremely prestige facilities. The gym was first class and the pool AMAZING. Greatly enjoyed going to the gym and swimming in the pool every day. It was like having a private pool as NOBODY uses it. I would definitely stay in this place again.

Our stay at 1716 Lofts (hosted by Advanstay) was terrific, and it solved a particular need of ours (an interim stay between homes) very well. The location rocks: You can easily walk to Melo’s, CorePower Yoga, 5 Tacos & Beers, Barnes & Noble – all the downtown Walnut Creek highlights, and without having to find parking, which can be tricky. Speaking of parking, the property’s assigned garage space was secure and convenient. The TV and sofa-sectional viewing area were well-thought-out and comfortable. The appliances were of higher quality than you usually find in short-term rentals – excellent dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, as well as a generously sized washer and dryer. The walk-in shower stood out in the bathroom – you don’t often find that in short-term rentals, either. All in all, we give this property very high marks!

Our stay was perfect for our need - attendance at a two day conference. The apt was spotless and comfortable. Only a mildly noisy - probably students - neighbor next door but sound diminished immediately when I knocked on bedroom wall :-) at 11pm.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sibin's place. We were on a cross-country roadtrip and wanted to relax and cook our own food for a few days. Sibin was very helpful during check-in. He made sure he was available for any questions that came up during that time which I really appreciated. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the comfy space allowed us to just chill and relax. We would stay again. Thanks Sibin!

This space is exactly as pictured and very clean. There’s a great office space in the unit so if you’re in town on business that’s very beneficial. It’s in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby. I’ve stayed in the area multiple times for business and this was by far the nicest spot I’ve stayed. Highly recommended.

Awesome place, so close to Eagle and great for a ski trip!

We loved this condo! It’s the perfect location for a ski vacation at Tahoe Donner (ski in, ski out!), it was quiet, it had gorgeous views of the snow, it was large and clean and well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!!

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

Tracy was very easy to communicate with. We loved the ski in ski out. Her place is probably better than the other units in that area because clearly she spent the time to renovate the unit. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking at home, but also close to the village to go get some quick bites would recommend her place in a heartbeat.

Our stay was great! I thought the space was the perfect size for myself, husband and two small kiddos. And having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to The Village and the path was easy to follow. We didn't use the kitchen much so I can't speak to it but they had everything you need. Amy was quick to communicate and was very flexible/understanding with a last minute extension that we ended up not needing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Overall wonderful stay. We came up for a ski trip and was hands down the best location to be for heavenly. Felt like home for the weekend- highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our quick overnight stay! The location is 10/10, very accessible and close to Tahoe Donner adventure center. The host, Dani, was extremely communicative and gave us recommendations for snowshoeing. The condo was very clean and comfortable - wish we would have been able to check out slightly later so we could enjoy it more! Would definitely book again :)

Robyn’s place was perfect for our visit to Golden 1 to watch the Kings play. It was easy access to the arena, safe, clean, and quiet. Would stay there again!

My partner & I spent a night here last minute for a concert & this place was definitely lovely . Location was also 10 mins away from the golden center arena ! Which was very convenient for us. The place was very clean & comfy as well. Recommend. :)

In town for a wedding and this was an affordable and easy place to be (less than 5 minutes away from each of the few places we needed to be - but folks say all of Chico is 5 minutes away!). We'll be back whenever we visit the area again.

We had a great stay at Cameron’s place! Very comfortable and Cameron was very responsive to our requests.

I can't say enough nice things about this house and Mark. The house was in a very convenient location, literally a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in was super easy, and the house looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I've stayed in several AirBNB properties over the years, and Mark was by far the best at communication. He was very easy to get ahold of and always let us know pertinent information like when the pool people were coming. I would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in Cali!

Richards place was wonderful! It is by far one of the best kid and animal friendly places we have stayed at in Sacramento. Everything was exactly as described! The kids room had toys and books as well as blackout curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook at home. There was even local coffee beans and complimentary wine! The front yard is private and gated so we could let the kids and dog out while watching from inside. I can't emphasize enough how much we liked this place. We will absolutely be staying here the next time we come to Sacramento!

The house had high cathedral ceilings and very cheerful window views from all the rooms. A very spacious feeling. The house exceeded my expectations. Jose was a great communicator.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here, which says it all. We like the location, the house is private and comfortable, and we hope to return.

We flew in to California from Arkansas on a Wednesday to attend a funeral on Friday and one on Saturday. Dale met us at the house and was very friendly and willing to help with any concerns that we had.He brought toilet paper,packs of new washcloths and body wash and I absolutely loved that.There were plenty of large clean white bath towels.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and anything needed to cook with. The pantry was also well stocked but we ate out every meal.We only used the kitchen to make tea and coffee. He came and provided us with an extra parking pass for our guest.He offered to have the carpet cleaned while we was there but we opted to have the carpets cleaned after checkout.We was able to wash and dry our clothes with the washer and dryer in the garage.The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and plenty of soft pillows.Check in was easy.We didn’t get to use the backyard at all because we was out and about every day.Roku TV’s in every room.
