We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Eiffel at Bassinaud - relaxing and well-equipped

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Notre grand domaine de 4 gîtes classés 3 étoiles en meublés de tourisme entouré de coteaux et forêts se situe à Champagne et Fontaine, dans une splendide campagne reposante. Gîte tout confort offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille: piscine et sa plage avec transats, grands espaces avec aires de jeux + salles de jeux avec piscine à balles, vélos. Et à l'automne vient la saison des champignons très prisés dans notre région! Détendez-vous dans un environnement appelant calme et sérénité.

Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

À 4 km de Brantôme en Périgord (vert), maison de 70m2, propre et rénovée, fonctionnelle dans un hameau champêtre et vivant, au calme près de la rivière la Côle, rafraichissante en été et propice à la pèche. Entrée et jardin indépendants, parkings à disposition. Un lieu de repos idéal pour visiter la région et se retirer au calme pour explorer la campagne (forêts, chemins). Piscine / cheminée à disposition, lave-linge et petit électroménager/ avec une terrasse ensoleillée S. E. protégée.

Very large house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our beautiful home is set in 2 acres of garden in the picturesque Dordogne, in the Perigord Vert region of France. The house was built in 2009 and is 300 sq meters. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. There are terraces back and front of the house, with an outdoor table to seat 10

In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley.
