Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Enjoy the views from the couch or step outside to one of our two decks to breathe in the scenery. When you are ready to recline, two bedrooms await to give you a blissful night of sleep. Cozy & clean is our theme! We are a family who love being outdoors. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Cabin at The Greenes

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay near the Arkansas/Missouri border. Minutes from Bella Vista and Bentonville. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.

Ozark Trail House - Trail Access

The Ozark Trail House is a newly renovated and private getaway designed specifically with mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts in mind! The house provides plenty of natural light, with a sliding glass door that leads you out to the large balcony overlooking the Little Sugar trail. Be connected to over 200 miles of world-class bike trails, 7 golf courses and 7 lakes with Lake Avalon being just a short .7 mile hike down the trail behind the house!
