Nova Orleans: aluguel por temporada pet friendly

Our group celebrated my 40th birthday this past weekend in Nola. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Bathrooms are big and all have showers. The rooms are a nice size as well. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living room area is a great place to hang out with the group. We all enjoyed staying there and would stay there again with a group. The place is close enough to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Nola (like Bourbon or Frenchmen street). We walked everywhere no problem. We did end up ordering some groceries for delivery, as there wasn’t much walkable for small groceries. But not a problem. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip despite the rain!

This house was perfect for our visit to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. Convenient location, spacious, and free of clutter. Ryan’s home provided everything we needed, including room for family to visit, extra towels and folding chairs to take to the Fest! The house isn’t in the greatest neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe and parked right in front of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. We wanted some place that could accommodate us four moms for a momcation that was somewhere close to Magazine street and this place was great. The house was quiet at night, especially in the back room, and the beds were cozy. Lots of towels too. It was a perfect spot for us to hang out in between our activities. Water pressure was a little low in the hall bathroom shower but it wasn't an issue for us. I mention that here only because water pressure can be hard for the host to change, but it might be important to some (it wasn't really for us)

We stayed at Charles’s home during the first weekend of Jazz Fest and it was the perfect location. Quick Uber rides to French Quarter.. pretty much anywhere you need to go. We did swamp and plantation tours as well and those were only about 25-30 mins from the location! Check in was easy and Charles was super responsive with our “recommendation questions” :) 5/5 stars, would recommend!

Staying at Thomas AIRBNB was AMAZING! It felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. Instructions were so clear and they were readily available to us if needed! Everything was as described! Walmart is within walking distance. BEAUTIFUL backyard and a wonderful home. The rooms and bathrooms were also very spacious! Not a far distance from anything in the city as well. I will be staying here again!

We loved the location. The Garden District is relatively quiet compared to the French Quarter. We did a self tour of the mansions and on the last one the owner of the mansion walked out the front door with his mug of coffee, opened the big gates said hello to the group of us looking at his house then got into his Rolls Royce and drove off. We ate at Superior Seafood and Zees Pizza both good but both loud. Took Uber to French Quarter since we were there only 1 day but you also have easy access to the trolley. You have to walk through rooms to get to the bathroom so that may be a privacy issue to consider but besides that the rooms are a good size and the yard works for pets.

We could not have enjoyed this place more. Michael was accommodating and quick to respond. The place is comfortable and spacious with lovely high ceilings. The street car is just a few blocks away, a great location for Jazz Fest or to go downtown. Juan's Flying Burrito around the corner is dynamite, the neighborhood cats are friendly and Michael has all the right books for a visit to New Orleans: Tennessee Williams, John Kennedy Toole, Kate Chopin, etc...

This place was even better than we expected. Very large and spacious inside. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The place is modern and well decorated. The bathrooms were so nice and clean, and have plenty of places to set all of your things. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Never had trouble finding a free parking spot for our large truck. There is a nice playground and big dog park less than a block away, and lots of folks are out and about with their kids and dogs. And at the next corner is a great coffeehouse. There is a local brewery called Port Orleans that you can walk to. They have great food there by Avo Taco. Also there is a very popular Snowball place just down the street. And so much to eat and drink on Magazine. And Tchop is full of more local breweries and fun places…Urban South, Abita, Tchop house, NOLA Distillery…. There’s a lot more to NOLA than the FQ! But here you are still pretty close to all the major stuff downtown too, without staying in a congested area.

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

Great place! Big enough for a family of 5. The pool was a huge plus and the back patio was very quiet and peaceful. We were walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the two we visited were wonderful! Access to the Canal street buses and trolley were 3 blocks away and went straight to the French quarter.

A group of us had to attend a conference in NOLA and this place served to be the perfect spot that accommodated our group! We rented a car and the house was an easy 7 min drive from the convention center. It is located in a quiet area, and was extremely clean, and stocked with every essential we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight and served as a nice relaxation area after a long day of networking and conferencing!

Interesting property located within easy walking distance of French Quarter. Great kitchen facilities, including a coffee machine where unusually the hosts had provided sufficient pods for our entire stay which was a nice touch. Clean linen and comfy beds in all rooms. Ratio of bedrooms to restroom/shower facilities not a problem for our one family group, but groups requiring more privacy should be aware the ground floor bathroom is very small and off the kitchen, which could pose ‘logistical’ issues for some. Also, water temperature can fluctuate significantly, so recommend supervision of youngsters while showering. Just a few bits to be aware of, none of which detracted from a great stay!

Overall an amazing stay, felt at home everything you could think of they had ready to go. They were extremely helpful. We had issues heating the pool & they responded fast and sent the pool man to help us. Super clean great home even with toddlers. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, driving distance to french quarter was no more than 20 min. Great communication with host and response time was good.

We had a great time staying at the Airbnb. It was very clean and in a central enough area to walk into downtown and the French quarter. Lilia was also very responsive I my messages and offered a late checkout since our flights were later in the day. We had a great time!

This Airbnb was great for the price. The best part was each room had its own bathroom. Minor wear and tear but still update. I would recommend having more towels available. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which was great!The location was a few blocks from the bus stop that dropped you off at Bourbon St. Street cars were also available for a longer walk.

The host was super quick to reply and give us information. She was helpful and friendly, and left the lights on when we were going to arrive later than expected. This is a perfect location, it's only 30 minutes away from the major stuff in town. Super quiet and low-key. We loved our stay, and everything was spot-on! The cabin was clean, tidy, and very cute. The cabin was also stocked with everything you could possibly need; they even had a grabber just in case you couldn't reach the fire blanket in the cabinet. Everything felt very well thought out. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! Loved our stay! :) ALSO they have goats, we didn't know until the next morning, but they were so cute!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the old house charm. Easy access to transportation, events and groceries. Very nice being able to park car inside gated area.

Great spot. Convenient location, close to St Charles and the street car. Lovely and peaceful backyard which we enjoyed often. Off street parking was a big plus. Some quirky and eccentric decor...would expect nothing less in New Orleans. We had a great stay.

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

We stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 7 kids in total) and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is great and ideally located with lots of parking in front of the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
