Nova Orleans: aluguel por temporada de mansões

The place was just what we had hoped for and made our time in NO special.

We had a group of 15 people which included adults and small children. The two homes can accommodate both. The pool/spa is perfect. There is an outside seating area between the two homes which can accommodate seating for a large group. The multiple bathrooms in each home is a plus, especially with a large group. The biggest selling point of this home (besides the beauty of the property and inside decor) is the location. The home is in walking distance to everything. I was especially impressed with the hosts. I had a lot of questions about check-in, transportation, local food recommendations, etc. and the hosts were extremely communicative. Even after check in, they made sure everything was perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. This home is incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding. Location was perfect for all of the activities. The host was very accommodating. We utilized the preorder of groceries which I would highly recommend.

Our stay was great. The house looked better than what we expected. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. The host was very nice, very responsive and very accommodating. I would stay there again for sure and will recommend to others.

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

The rental on Baronne in the Warehouse District was the PERFECT home base for my group of six friends. If you have a group who desires to spread out and maybe prefers to have their own beds, this was ideal. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a bathroom with nice closet storage. First, the street is one-way and quiet away from the bar scene. We found it to be easy enough for walking to Magazine Street and French Quarter for sights. Just lovely and tastefully decorated with hard surface flooring which seemed very clean. We enjoyed chatting in the very spacious living room with large windows. We didn't cook in the unit or use the large dining table since we only had 3 nights but the kitchen is very nice with a large fridge. Our stay was just after Mardi Gras, March 7- March 10, 2025. It feels very secure with a coded elevator entry. Grab a coffee or grocery items just across the street, down the block at Rouses Market. Everything you might need for snacks, drinks. 5-Star all the way!

Our family of 5 decided to take a last minute trip to New Orleans for a long weekend. After one night in a hotel we decided we needed some space and a pool. This place looked brand new and had the bedrooms to give my kids some space. Not to mention our own pool!!!! Nice big bright kitchen, huge bedrooms, private patio with a pool. And driveway parking. We left the car in front all weekend and took ubers everywhere because the Garden District, French Quarter, and Lakeshore were close by and then we didn't have to worry about parking. No place is perfect but this came pretty darn close if you don't want the noise and traffic of the french quarter, the high prices of the garden district, but still super close to everything. Would totally come back again. Place would be great for 3 couples or even two families.

This place was great. Spacious and clean. Jeff was a great host and very accommodating. Everything was as described in the listing. I would highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for fishing—peaceful, scenic, and right near the water. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway!

Ben & Julie live upstairs and are such helpful and uncomplicated hosts. They have created a very functional space for a large family trip. We felt at home, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Though they live there, we barely noticed they were there except for when we needed something and then they were available right away to help. This is a neighborhood, so it worked well for our family reunion, but would not be great for a party oriented stay in New Orleans. Quiet hours are observed, and it is important to be respectful. That said, I have a pretty boisterous family, and we never felt like we couldn’t be ourselves in the space. Overall, such a well thought out design. Two bathrooms helps ensure no one is waiting to use the bathroom. Thank yall so much! we will definitely consider you again next time we have family visiting us in Nola.

Our group celebrated my 40th birthday this past weekend in Nola. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Bathrooms are big and all have showers. The rooms are a nice size as well. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living room area is a great place to hang out with the group. We all enjoyed staying there and would stay there again with a group. The place is close enough to walk to restaurants and the main areas of Nola (like Bourbon or Frenchmen street). We walked everywhere no problem. We did end up ordering some groceries for delivery, as there wasn’t much walkable for small groceries. But not a problem. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip despite the rain!

Lovely spacious unit. The unit had everything we needed and the space was perfect for our needs! The host was very responsive to our needs! We will definitely stay in a Vacay unit again!

We had a great stay! The instructions were very clear and I appreciated all the safety measures. It was close enough to the French Quarter for a quick ride to and from. There was great communication and we enjoyed the space!

What a great house! Newly renovated, Alleshia’s house is large, warm, well-appointed, and each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. The location is perfect - easy walking to all the great restaurants in Bywater and close to the Marigny and French Quarter. We would stay in this house every year!

My friends and I came to New Orleans for a bachelor party weekend, and Bianka's place gave us everything we needed in a vacation rental. We wanted a place with plenty of beds, a couple bathrooms, and most importantly, located close to fun areas. Our group of 7 guys all had our own beds and we're very comfortable throughout the trip. We didn't do much cooking, but there was a full size kitchen if we wanted to. The unit is maybe a 15 minute walk to the nightlife section of Frenchmen St, and from there you're another 15-20 minute walk to the famous Bourbon St, with plenty to do between. During our whole stay, the only time we got a ride was to and from the airport. Bianka was very attentive and gave great instructions regarding the place. I will definitely be reaching out again next time I'm in the area.

The house was great! It was easy access to everywhere in the city. The house was spacious, clean and updated. The host (Garrett) responded back quickly to all communications and were very helpful and proactive. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to New Orleans!

Benjamin's home was the best accommodation we could've asked for to celebrate our dear friends bachelor party in NOLA! We could walk to the French Quarter and many locations, including the whole foods only a few blocks away. The walking path/park in front of the Airbnb was nice as well. The living room upstairs was an absolute vibe and we had a great time hanging out there! The place was super clean and Benjamin was super communicative during the whole trip, giving great recommendations. Thank you Benjamin! We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at one of Thomas' properties, and we had another great stay. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has everything you need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Thomas was very accommodating with check-in time and our last-minute request for a pack n' play -- a fantastic host! We found the neighborhood very friendly, and enjoyed the proximity to the Lafitte Greenway (access is just a block away -- we didn't even realize this when we rented the place!) and local businesses like Flour Moon and the Broadside. Highly recommend!

We came to New Orleans as a group of 8 to tour Tulane and enjoy some family time. The house was clean, modern, sleek, and well-appointed. All amenities were as described, and the home was very spacious (we especially loved the super comfortable couch in the living/family room)! The home was in a central and convenient location, never taking more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. The neighborhood is in the midst of a transition, so there are less-revitalized areas in close proximity. Nevertheless, the street is peaceful and we never felt unsafe. David is a communicative and responsive host, answering questions in under an hour, and checking-in to make sure all is well. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to others - it’s a great urban oasis!

My family stayed at Augusto's place while we were in town visiting family. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, and it served as a great home base for us. We had plenty of room, and more than enough beds for everyone. Everyone's bed was comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean. The back patio and the living room were very comfortable for hanging out. I was hoping we would get to use the pool, or maybe barbecue, but the weather turned cold and stormy, so we missed out on that. Maybe we'll get to do that next time we come into town.
