Περιμετρικά της κατοικίας υπάρχει διαμορφωμένη βεράντα-αυλή με φωτισμό, τραπεζαρία και εγκατάσταση barbeque. Η κατοικία βρίσκεται 100 μέτρα από την θάλασσα.
