Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Pegasus Lair is an upstairs unit. Spacious, 1200 ft. Well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We live next door, and are generally available. Only 7 minutes by auto from downtown. Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. We are near an International Airport and a railroad, so if you are accustomed to total silence, this may not be ideal for you.
