Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tam’s place. The location was perfect for us and we felt right at home. The furnishings and decor were nice and we appreciated having a kitchen, washer/dryer and outdoor space for our two kids to run around in. Thanks, Tam!

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

The house was beautiful—spotlessly clean, just like in the photos. Everything was well-maintained, and the assistance we received was fast and helpful

I visited during the Holidays. The place was beautifully surrounded with Snow ❄️ and lights. Peaceful neighborhood and private. Maud and John were very supportive and very friendly, thank you both for everything. Will definitely visit again in the future without a doubt if they allow me to stay 🙂 Very comfortable and cozy place to visit and stay 🤙

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

This Airbnb was absolutely stellar. The house is fully furnished with beautiful furniture and high quality art. The owner’s asks quite a bit of questions upon reserving, but for good reason - this house is beautifully furnished and immaculate. Tons of sleep spaces, clean and pristine, and everything is labeled accurately in a fantastic helpful manner. I truly enjoyed this stay and appreciate Sushas sharing their home with us. The neighborhood was also top notch.

We stayed at this place for over a week. It was clearly newly renovated. In a good location. Comfortable beds and had every appliance you could want (all which are new and worked well). The host was amazing and was always responsive. He helped us extend our stay with ease. We really appreciated our time here and would absolutely look to come back if in the area again.

I only have positive things to say about Charlie and this house. It is newly renovated and feels luxurious. Charlie responds very fast and is extremely polite and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Ken's place was a block away from my brother's home. Couldn't have been more perfect. Such an easy walk to the Path Station. Felt quite safe in the area. Lots of light. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. My oldest brother, 6'6", said he slept comfortably. Great value. Already referred a friend there.

My children and I had a wonderful time! The unit was immaculate, the views were lovely, and there was plenty to do at the hotel. Paul was the best host! We had a car issue and had to extend our stay. He was polite, quick to respond, accommodating, and he took excellent care of us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to visiting again!

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

This was my third stay at Joe’s place, and as always, everything was great. Joe was super accommodating with my dates, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. The place is clean, comfortable, and consistently a great stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Our stay at The Home Away was nothing short of fantastic. On arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ricardo, who gave us a bunch of local recommendations as well as how to get into the city, etc. Our hosts were wonderful and really made us feel welcome as it was our first time visiting New York. The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and spacious, with some of the best views of the New York skyline you're likely to find. The area felt very peaceful and safe, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city while still feeling very connected to it. The location was incredibly convenient; the bus stop just outside the apartment has very frequent services that get you into Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. There is also a ferry port within walking distance that runs over to Manhattan every 20 minutes. There were plenty of shops and restaurants around the apartment, so you don't need to venture too far. Overall, our stay was 10/10 and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in NYC.

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
