Margit’s place was perfect for my daughter and I. She had everything we needed, extra towels, sheets, full kitchen for cooking, cleaning supplies, a separate laundry room, a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys; which my daughter loved. Her place was very peaceful and BEAUTIFUL and I definitely enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch every morning. You can tell she definitely goes above and beyond to provide a great experience for her guest. She was always very responsive. I didn’t know a tapping sound on the glass was due to geckos in the area, but she and her husband came over first thing in the morning to check in. I will come back here next time I’m back in Maui 🏝️🩵

I almost don’t want to share how beautiful this spot is!!! Now everyone will know! It was a perfect location, right down the street from the shops of Paia and Baldwin beach (our favorite). The lounge chairs have such amazing views. Already booking next year! Mahalo Valérie!

Alejandro is an excellent host, "super" in every sense! The property is unparalleled and as long as you are tech-savvy, easy to locate! Fortunately, being in the luxury travel business and familiar with remote locations in general, I made certain to have all GPS assistance with me. If not, it might have been a bit tougher to navigate. Nevertheless, the unit was very clean, quiet, cool and peaceful! Well-stocked (kitchen, bath, and supplies) with full & reliable wi-fi access, streaming services, etc. Keep in mind that the laundry services are shared and hours are limited (not located inside the unit itself). Not a big deal, but something to note for those who like to do laundry at any time of day (or night). It's hard to beat the overall beauty of this expansive farm! I highly recommend it to all and expect to return soon!

Hands down this is one our favorite AirBnBs. When looking for our ideal family vacation, we looked for proximity to beaches, safety for children (6, 7, and 9), and flexibility to explore. This space really hit all of those needs for us. The place was clean with small touches that made it like home. We had access to paddle boards, surf boards, and body boards. Other small and thoughtful things: beach towels, coolers, outdoor shower, a friendly cat, sand toys, bikes, and lovely porch. We look forward to our next visit.

If you’d like a real taste of what living in Hāna is like this is great. The mosquitos were no joke- we all covered in bites even with bug spray.. but also expected there to be bugs because of where we were. There was a stray cat hanging around and a bit to not feed or encourage the cats (seems like a real issue for that side of the island and stray cats), this was hard for my daughter who is a cat lover. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to make food, however the local market didn’t have many options…so pack in what you’d like to make. Really close to the black sand beach and a great place to stay and feel the rainforest vibe.

This is our second time staying at Karen and Martin’s. Super responsive and very helpful. Loved staying at their place.

We loved staying in this sweet and funky cottage. The location was wonderful. We loved being close to Makawao and Haiku and being pretty equidistant to the farther east and west sides of the island so that we could explore beaches and hikes. Everything was comfortable and cozy for us. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear traffic from the road but it didn't bother us much. The porch and private yard were a great place to hang out for morning coffee.

great location, so much better than downtown, save 30 min if you do either road to Hana or sunrise. very clean since it is off the ground, and much less insects than other places we stayed (insects is unavoidable in tropical places)

Great space for 1-2 people to enjoy the beaches, nightlife and restaurants of Kihei. Walkable to wonderful spots for sunset and great food, quick drive to everything else. Well equipped kitchen (including stocked tropical fruit!), comfy beds and great rain shower. The large lanai and private location were amazing - wonderful places to watch stars, listen to birds, work and enjoy meals. Suggest confirming check in and check out times with Mia - may vary from listing on Airbnb. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the great communication/response times. At first we were a little skeptical about sharing the living room and kitchen, but it wasn’t an issue. I could see it being a problem if there were inconsiderate roommates. I appreciated the honesty and openness about the issues with the location including the noisy neighbors, roosters, and older home. Thank you to Ivana for responding at a moments notice when we wanted to use the beach chairs and towels. Our bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we slept great every night. Overall, it was a great stay (especially if you consider the prices of other places just to sleep and shower). The location was central to the airport and activities we wanted to do, so that was a plus. If I could give one recommendation, it would be to have some updates done on the home as some areas were unfinished, stained (bathroom carpet), or out of date. Thank you for the stay and hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at Cottontail Cottage for 5 days. The cottage was clean and well-equipped with a kitchen and lovely furnishings. We enjoyed the cooler weather, farm environment, and the animals in our backyard. As hikers we loved the access to Haleakala and the trails, and everything else was around a 40 minute drive away. Christine was also kind enough to give us a tour of the farm animals, which was a highlight of my trip as an avid knitter! Such a serene environment and we'd love to stay again.

A great place to stay with beautiful interior deco and back yard garden on the island of Maui, right in the centre so that it’s easy to get to either side of the island. The commute time to the OGG airport also makes it a prime spot. The neighbourhood around is also lively and fun to explore. Couldn’t recommend more!

Pam and Juan were amazing! The tree house had everything mentioned and more! There were lots of clean towels, linens, etc... the closet in the bathroom had extras, like sun block, after sun, tweezers, etc... lotsa little stuff that you may not think you need, but you do lol. Same in the kitchen... dishwasher worked great! There was some food in the cupboards and fridge like butter, rice, frozen blockers for the cooler, condiments, etc. Check what's there before going shopping. Can't say enough good about the place and Pam! Will definitely recommend the Tree house to friends and family!
