We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Cozy Tiny House Nestled in the Trees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a charming tiny house surrounded by trees and birdsong, you can unplug and relax without going too far off the beaten path. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Private Garden Studio (No Bath Tub/Shower)

This is a perfect location for one or two guests for one or two nights. The space does not have a shower or bath tub so longer term stays would be difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the space for storing any food and drink. There is not a door to close for the toilet, so please consider this if booking for two guests. The garden studio will be your private space with your own private entrance overlooking our vegetable garden.

Enjoy this cozy, quiet, ground level studio in historic Indianapolis neighborhood of Meridian Kessler. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and pharmacy; Broad Ripple village with galleries and many restaurants 5 minutes away, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. Private, secluded studio is detached from the main house in front, and has a full bath & kitchenette.

Cobb Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet and relaxing 1 bedroom studio home with king bed. Only 18 minutes from downtown. Couch pulls out for added comfort, leg room and sleeping area. There is a fold out single cot and a fold out queen mattress available. Full kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer, private security system and all the basics are all with this secluded home.

Cozy Midtown Guest Suite

Private suite in convenient midtown location (just 5 minutes to popular Mass Ave and Broad Ripple attractions). Private side entry with digital access. Brand new queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, WiFi, large Smart TBV, easy street parking, large built-in shelves for storage and spacious closet. Complimentary snacks, teas and local coffee. This space is newly renovated.

Queen Bed - Artsy, Trendy, Fun Apartment Space

This is a wonderful, super comfortable, fully private space! Very modern, artsy and fun! In a fabulous historic home built in 1895. You will love it here! Check out all of the pictures - I try to show you all the details. There is ample parking right in front of the house on the street. Pets are allowed - for a $40 per stay fee.
