Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

This well-appointed apartment is on 2 floors and has a large front yard. It is located near San Giovanni in Laterano and is a 25-min walk to the Coliseum. The bus stop for service 85 is located right outside the apartment and the subway is only a 5-minute walk. It is well connected with train stations, airport and highways.
