On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Our charming cottage is on a top of a hill very close (5 mins drive) to the beach of Pedaso, arts and culture of Fermo, restaurants and dining in Campofilone, Grottammare, Cupra, Porto San Giorgio. You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
