Yet only a short walk away from the main attraction of Ashvem beach, North-Goa. All of the beach shacks, supermarket and restaurants are 3 to 5 minutes away from our apartment. This is a unique sea front private home with a swimming pool by the beach in Mandrem. It's entirely reserved for a family or group of upto 10 members and has 5 en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms. It's equipped with all amenities those would enable our guests to have a relaxing laidback vacation by the beach. Its setup in 2200 sqare meters of working coconut plantation and is well staffed and also has a direct and private access to the beach.

Communal area for relaxing and meeting fellow guests. It' located 20 km from Mopa International airport ( GOX) -45 minutes drive and 55 km from Dabolim airport (GOI)(1.5 hour drive)
