Located abowe Portoroz, only 1 km from citycentre and 2 km from Piran city. New, fully equipped little house, which has everything you need on your vacation. A lot of space outside for children play, calm seating area in front of the house. 1 bedroom is downstairs (quin size bed) and 1 bedroom (loft) is in upper floor (2 single beds). House is appropriate for 4 pers. max. Free parking available in front of the house. We are first neighbours, so we are always avalable for any help or information.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

The house is located in a unique corner of nature, on the shore of a sunny bay, a 4-minute walk from the beach overlooking the salt ponds of Strunjan. This is a healing landscape park surrounded by centuries-old pine trees and lush Mediterranean vegetation. The house has a large adjacent area where guests can relax and a well-equipped terrace for dining. The house is an old building, but is equipped with new furniture and interior items.
