Nice apartment, has everything what you need to spend your magic time in Venice. Even with baby, Mirko provided us a cot. I had no bad impressions at all. Absolutely worth money spent

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

C’est le meilleur logement que je n’ai jamais eu : très spacieuse, très confortable, très agréable, très propre, très design et deux grands patios entourés de plantes. Le contact avec Giovanni et ses co-gérants est vraiment facile, ils fournissent des réponses rapides et aimables. J’ai très bien apprécié mon séjour et y reviendrai sûrement.

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Appartement neuf, spacieux avec terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin, au calme, et décoré avec goût. Emplacement intéressant, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus pour rejoindre Venise, parfait pour se déplacer sans contrainte de la voiture. Très bon choix.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host é molto reattivo e collaborativo, flessibile nell'orario d check-in. L'appartamento ha uno stile antico e ben curato, molto spazioso, con una splendida terrazza. La posizione é ottimale, a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto San Samuele. Nel complesso un' esperienza positiva.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La nostra vacanza è stata perfetta in ogni aspetto. L'alloggio di Barbara è accogliente e curato e rende ancora più dal vivo che in foto. Barbara è stata una host attentissima sin dai primi contatti e ci ha dato indicazioni precise per arrivare. La posizione della casetta è ottima per spostarsi sia verso l'entroterra, sia verso la laguna perché perfettamente collegata con i bus, ma Barbara ha fatto di più: ci ha fornito due bici per poter esplorare il territorio che merita moltissimo. Inoltre è stata un punto di riferimento per ogni altra attività o informazione, sempre presente fisicamente. La nostra partenza è coincisa con un evento internazionale sportivo che avrebbe potuto creare problemi nei collegamenti con Jesolo e che abbiamo risolto anticipando semplicemente di un'ora, ma Barbara si era già preoccupata di trovare e consigliarci una soluzione alternativa: insomma una vacanza a 5 stelle e Barbara una host indimenticabile. Très bon contact avec Roberto et Mattia. ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d une agence de transports pour les transferts aéroport avec chauffeur. séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans l appartement, bien situé à 50m de 2 stations de Tram T1... direct venise. Un grand supermarché en face de l immeuble et à 10mm à pied du centre de Mestre (restaurants et commerces...). Le logement situé au 4eme étage est très confortable et bien équipé. Séjour parfait et idéal pour visiter venise et sa région.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
