A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Beautiful house close to the sea and the village

Our beautiful house is available for friends and families who love the island feeling. It has a large garden, with lots of space for playing football or badminton. There is a sauna, an extra living room in the basement with a large TV (great for the kids). In autumn and winter times you can enjoy the fireplace in the cozy living room. Books and games are available, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking adventures. Please note: during holidays the minimum stay is a week.

Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Terrace in front of the house on the south side. Bedroom on the ground floor, two separate beds (90x200 cm). Hier in het rustige Friese Rohel kan je écht buiten zijn, de wind in je haren voelen en de zon op je huid. Fietsen en wandelen langs de weilanden en (koud) zwemmen in het Tjeukemeer. Een glas wijn drinken op het terrasje aan het water, met de de blik op oneindig, onder de oude fruitbomen in de tuin. Behalve de geluiden van vogels, het ruisen van de wind en in de verte een trekker, hoor je hier helemaal niks. De zonsondergangen kunnen hier verbazingwekkend mooi zijn.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
