Serene Lake is exactly that! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful Lakeview to wake up to every morning. The house is very spacious, plenty of room for our family visit. The location made it easy to make it our home base to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas. Joe was a great host! Thanks for everything and next time I head that way, I'd definitely like to rent the Serene Lake home...btw...loved the Alaska flag...felt like home away from home for sure!

What a relaxing weekend away with friends. Kristina was very responsive and welcoming from the minute we booked. Very quiet and relaxing. We had fun paddling around the lake with the kayaks and enjoyed the wildlife as it passed by. The house was clean and comfortable. Kristina responded quickly with any question we asked. She found some left behind items and offered to mail them back the next day. So thoughtful and kind. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us.

Jennifer was such a great host! From the check-in process to all the way through the stay, she made us feel like we were at home and had thought of every question that we might have. There was explanation on how to use the technology and where to access certain amenities. Everything felt so relaxing like we were truly welcomed into the home! The lake was absolutely gorgeous and so was the backyard landscaping. Would definitely recommend staying here again to get a peaceful experience of Washington!

The “light filled Lake house” was exactly that and more. Extremely comfortable beds and living area. We were able to have our family visit us and enjoy a meal together because the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make a meal. This home is very private and peaceful so a vehicle is necessary to get out and about for daily activities other than spending a day by the lake which is right outside the back door. Kristine had coffee, trash bags, sandwich bags and other necessities available that we did not expect, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kayaks are not available in the Winter which is understandable, however our days were busy visiting family and sight seeing. Gig harbor (gorgeous!) 20 mins drive away. Seattle, one hour away with a thoroughly enjoyed Ferry ride. We highly recommend this home as your accommodations.

We just purchased a home in this area and needed a place to stay close to it while it gets furnished and this was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake is great! The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and super cozy. If we didn’t live just down the street we would stay here again! Mickey was a great host and answered my messages quickly. I had forgotten my purse here after checkout and he worked with me so I could retrieve it. Really great experience. Highly recommend! (I don’t recommend forgetting your purse though 😂).

Proposed to my now fiancé here - great quiet little place with a wonderful view of the water. Not far from Gig Harbor and other neat local eateries. Great vibe within the place, will forever be apart of our story!

Brad was a gracious host and the bottle of wine was an unexpected gift! Felt like staying at a close family member's guest home. The hot tub was spotless. Felt like we were the first to use it! The gas fire on the patio was a nice touch. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best for our weekend to use the canoe or kayaks or paddle boards, but we hope to come back another time and get to use those! Oh and the sound system for the tv was also awesome with a comfy couch and the king bed was very comfortable! Often places skimp on the bed and we slept very nicely on this one (not too soft or too firm, and didn't sink in the middle!). The shower with two independently controlled water temps was also very nice. Overall it was just a perfect place for a great price. Highly recommended!!

Alyson was extremely accommodating and helpful while we stayed. The home is in a great area to spend quality time together with the family, and to rest at from adventures. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is great! Very quiet and peaceful being on the lake. Our dogs and toddled had a great time in the back yard.

We stayed in this place for 52 days. It worked very well for our family of 4 and a small dog. It had plenty of beds, the sheets and towels were very nice quality. The place was roomy and we were comfortable. We missed having a TV in the upstairs because the dog was not allowed in the downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, utensils, etc. There was a gas grill that was nice and an extra propane tank for use when we ran out. It was a quick switch and we appreciated this. It was cold for the area when we were there and the heated kitchen floors and bathroom floors were amazing. There was plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles and a trailer. From the description it was unclear if we could use the garage which we could not. There were several doors to the outside with ample deck and patio area. We needed to extend our state a week and they were flexible for us which was helpful.

You truly won’t find a more responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and at home. The location is beautiful and is just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed, including extra phone chargers for those who forgot them. We had 8 adult women for a “girls getaway” and it was the right size for us. Plenty of room to be together and places to relax in smaller groups or have a rest away from the group. The view and the reviews are what made us reserve this home and we weren’t disappointed. Now it’s your turn to enjoy!

We had a great stay at Bridget's Phinney Ridge home! What a lovely neighborhood with plenty to walk around and see/do - restuarants (walk to Bongo's down the street!), bars/taphouses, coffee shops and the whole lake to walk a loop around. Parking was super easy with spots always available out front, or the driveway. Also, can't write a review on this house and not mention THE TUBS. Do yourself a favor, go for a nice hike or spend the day out on the islands, and then come home to these 2 giant soaking tubs and melt it away. Thank you again Bridget! We'll certainly keep your house in mind next time we're back in the PNW.

What a perfect spot to soak up the magic of Mercer Island! Aric was an excellent host, he always responded quickly and proactively to ensure that our stay had every luxury of home. Aric’s description of his home was modest, as we found the space to be even more accommodating than described. Every high expectation the photos set of a relaxing vacation lost in the trees was exceeded, thank you Aric and fam for the awesome memories our family will always share of your home!

We enjoyed our week at SK's lakeside home. The private dock and included paddle boats/kayaks were awesome, we used them several times during our stay. The area was peaceful and private. SK was very responsive and a wonderful host, he even had items quickly delivered that were not found in the home. The home itself was very clean and spacious, Thank you for a wonderful week!

Our stay was great! The house accommodated exactly what we needed, and the close proximity to the beach was amazing!

We had a great stay at Larry’s bungalow. It is clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is great with Green Lake a block away, an organic grocery around the corner and a terrific seafood restaurant (Dukes) that’s easily walkable. We were visiting our adult son who lives in nearby Ballard. Last year we stayed in a small room at a pricey Ballard hotel. This visit it was so nice to stay at Larry’s two bedroom cottage where we had a full kitchen and plenty of space to relax. It was also half the price of the hotel- a great value! We had everything we needed including comfortable beds, a nice living area with a large flat screen TV and plenty of sunlight. The included parking place is definitely a plus in this neighborhood. The decor is definitely eclectic and this place is not posh. But if you’re looking for homey and comfortable with plenty of walking options, this is your place.

Mike has been one of the most attentive & friendly hosts that I have ever stayed with. They really make sure that you have everything you need, proactively checking in to ensure everything is comfortable for your stay. It felt like staying with extended family of sorts. this’s the fourth time I stay here and and we’ll continue to visit every year. This house is truly perfect for a getaway from the city. We loved getting to sit by the water and listen to the birds. The house is well stocked with everything you could need, Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home 🥂

This was definitely a great place for us to stay while we were working at UW and the hosts were super responsive and helpful (and friendly).

the most beautiful place nestled into the most stunning views! the house truly was like walking into a nancy meyers fever dream - so stunning! like a movie! the views were incredible and so many fun things to do close by. we cooked most night, with a well equipped kitchen and gorgeous back yard with the most breathtaking views. we cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, older home in a well established peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we enjoyed being able to provide dinners for family around the large dining room table. There are a few items in the house that need some TLC (they have been communicated to the host), but Starla is a wonderful, attentive host and we would love to stay here again if we are in the area!

We had a great stay at Laura's place! We arrived after dark, so it was a little tricky to find at first, but the detailed instructions and photos they provided were super helpful. The location is on a busy road, but the basement setup was perfect for nap times—nice and quiet with excellent blackout curtains. There was a bit of confusion around charging our car, but the hosts responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. Overall, a very comfortable and accommodating stay!

Ken is a good host. He was very responsive. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had an enjoyable weekend away
