Wow, what an amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the place. The location is fantastic, being so close to many cool food and entertainment, which made exploring the area super convenient. The host, Simon, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist us in finding the right places to visit and dine, making my trip even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. I’d happily return in the future!

Meena is a great host and her house is beautiful and well kept. The host is responsive and responds promptly to the queries. The kitchen has all needed utensils and appliances and the entire house felt like a home...we will definitely come back again

I totally enjoyed my me time. it's worth every penny. also I liked the quick response which i had on every call. not just abt the stay but the host was really helpful when I needed some personal suggestions. I had the best stay and would love to visit again. also the photos exactly matched the properties. earlier I was bit skeptical whether I should go or not but now that I have been there I am already missing the place. will definitely come back again

The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with all essentials, and the WiFi worked perfectly for both work and entertainment. The stay was really nice and comfortable, the apartment was clean and the locality was also good. The caretake sourav was very helpful and responsive and same goes for the host. Glad we booked this apartment.

The place looked exactly as shown in the photos. The place was clean, spacious and was decorated beautifully. It is easy to find and has quiet surroundings. The place is huge and the swimming pool was perfectly maintained and was clean.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

We stayed here for 2 nights we liked the place the helper and maid was helpful. Ajay was very much available whenever needed.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja tilava sekä tarpeellisesti varusteltu. Ulos oli kauniit näkymät, luontoa. Melvin oli upea isäntä ja auttoi tarpeen vaatiessa. Lapset viihtyivät älytv:n ääressä sekä rauhallisella pihalla leikkien. Rannalle oli todella lyhyt matka. Loistava majoituspaikka!

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!
