Quiet place and warm, lots of things to do in a walkable distance. Great place to hang out downtown. I’ve spent Christmas week.

Georgi war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Handtücher/Bettwäsche haben sehr frisch gerochen. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine perfekte Unterkunft und definitiv zum weiterempfehlen. Lage war auch sehr gut. Sehr gerne wieder, danke!♥️

Natalija's apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed even more than we expected, the location is great, the beach and all the restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The communication with Natalija was smooth and easy.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός.Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως περιγράφηκε.Καθαρό σπίτι με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Κοντά στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν τα πάντα.Άνετα σας το συνιστώ με τα χίλια!!Θα σας αρέσει πολύ!!

This is a beautiful appartement in a very old building. First impression at the main entrance was a let down as the door knob fell off and although I asked them to fix it, they claimed they needed approval from all the other owners. Really, a few screws would have done the job and removed any rust being stuck inside in case of emergency. The flat is great and has everything one needs (with the exception of mugs - we only got 2 for 4 people and even when asked we were told this was the max capacity. On the contrary, we got 10 espresso cups!). The beds are comfortable, it was clean and airy. Excellent location and walkable to everything and with shops, cafe, and bakeries close by. Overall I would recommend it. It’s a bit more expensive than is worth, but it’s good for a long w/end. A few more mugs, maybe a few more espresso capsules (got 4 for 3 days booking for 4 people…), and a more responsive and helpful service would be appreciated.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Nice place to stay

We hebben hier heerlijk genoten met zijn vieren als gezin. Onze eerste keer in Griekenland is met deze accommodatie super ervaring. Ondanks de voor ons rommelig ogende omgeving vanaf het vliegveld naar de accommodatie, stak deze accommodatie hier met zijn moderne uitstraling en onderhouden voorziening bovenuit. Peraia is een heerlijke kustplaats waarvandaan we een deel Van Griekenland hebben ontdekt. Met Thessaloniki op korte reisafstand en de weelderige boulevard van Peraia zelf. Waar meer dan genoeg goede betaalbare restaurants te vinden zijn. De host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad en de tuin lagen er iedere dag piekfijn bij. Een top aanrader voor iedereen.

A really great place. Very simple but perfect for our needs plus the SYOSS shampoo was a plus for us girls. It is high up in the old city which we liked because of the charme and you are close to the touristic attraction in the old town. If you come from the city centre it is a small hike up to the appartment which was our workout for the day :) we can recommend it absolutly if you need a simple place to sleep and enjoy your breakfast at the balcony. The hosts are really fast in responding and helpful! We could already check in earlier for the same price which was really nice! Thank you again :)

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα με σύγχρονες παροχές και προσεγμένη αισθητική. Βρίσκεται μόλις πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό του μετρό, προσφέροντας άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και σε βασικές συγκοινωνίες.

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Это жильё создаёт ощущение тепла и уюта, располагая к отдыху. Приятная атмосфера дополняется заботой и вниманием. Всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного проживания. Останавливаясь здесь, чувствуешь себя как дома. Несомненно, это место заслуживает самых лучших рекомендаций. 😍😍😍

A lakás nagyon szépen berendezett, hangulatos, minden igényünket kielégítette. Külön kiemelném a teraszt, amit mindenki szeretett.

The flat is very large and bright, very nicely furnished with two separable sleeping areas and comfy beds. The outside balcony is great to enjoy both breakfast and a quiet drink with mezze in the evening. The 5th floor is very manageable as the stairs are large and not slippery. The location is perfect: close enough to the bustling waterfront with specialty shops and numerous restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful night and there are two lurker supermarket right outside. Amenities are complete and well thought, including a very useful electric transformer. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back with great pleasure!

Wir haben sehr spontan diese Unterkunft gebucht. Der CheckIn war sehr unkompliziert. Parken war einfach vor dem Gebäude möglich. Die Unterkunft war einwandfrei gereinigt. Das Highlight ist die Aussicht. Diese muss man live sehen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

Όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα με ωραία αισθητική και διακόσμηση, ζεστό με όμορφο μπάνιο

Υπέροχος και καθαρός χώρος, με όμορφη θέα στην πόλη. Αυτό που κυρίως το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει είναι το υδρομασάζ.

Πολύ όμορφος και ιδιαίτερος χώρος, με το που μπαίνεις στο σπίτι νομίζεις ότι είσαι ο πρώτος που το εγκαινιάζει με στυλ και σοβαρότητα. Πολύ ιδιαίτερος. Στο σπίτι έχει τα πάντα ακόμα και μπατονέτες. Μέσα στο κέντρο που όλα ήταν δίπλα, χάρηκα πολύ που μοιράστηκαν μαζί μου οι οικοδεσπότες προτάσεις για τη περιοχή και θεωρώ πως όταν θα υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα θα το επιλέγω ξανά ξανά. Υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα παντού !! Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη εμπειρία αυτή.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολυ όμορφος, πολυ προσεγμένος, πολυ καθαρός, με τέλεια θέα, το τζακούζι υπέροχο, καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα με ολα τα απαραίτητα!! Θα το έκλεινα ξανά και ξανά 👌

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, εύκολη πρόσβαση, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Πολύ κοντά στα πάντα και με τα ΜΜΜ κινείσαι άνετα παντού χωρίς πρόβλημα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη! Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Πολύ καθαρός, ομορφος και ευρύχωρος χώρος . Ολα ήταν ακριβώς όπως την περιγραφή και το τζακούζι πολύ ωραίο . Είχαμε πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη και θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά στο μέλλον
