One of those rare airbnbs where you show up and the place is actually more serene than the pictures.. and that’s saying a lot for this place whose pictures look amazing. Serene views set on a quiet, blissful hilltop! We will be back!

Yuting’s place was actually a little larger than I needed, but that’s on me - with 3 ensuite bed+bath combos, and good workspaces, you could easily have several people doing WFH with no issue. It’s a well-laid-out split-level, so if you’re not up for stairs, it may not be your jam, but I appreciated getting my stairs in with my steps. The Main Bedroom suite’s separate deep tub was handy for soaking my weary bones, and there was never a lack of hot water, towels, or the like. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to, having the garage to park in and keep equipment (cart, bags) that I didn’t always need in was very handy. They had every utensil and amenity I needed, or could have needed, down to having a sewing kit for repairs, kid and toddler toys and seating tucked away, and plenty of room for storage. The place could easily serve for a longer stay with no issue at all. YuTing was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond and solve an issue I had when I arrived. 10/10 would stay again!

Clean home in walkable neighborhood. Close to main hwy to town and amenities. Dina was quite responsive to our needs.

What a great area of town to stay in order to be close to so many things. This historic house has been updated on the inside while still maintaining historic charm and quirks. On-site parking was a benefit and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay!

This was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Well appointed, very clean, really just an all around great experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

Carlton Gates is a great way to reconnect family, share a meal with local favorites or cook at home, visit much of what Oregon has to offer (winery, short drive to the coast, visit a local Trappist Abbey, and more), and simply be local enough to a big city and remote enough to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations were just as described on AirBnB: two master suites, one bedroom with connecting bathroom/laundry room, and a single bedroom. All room had a television screen for streaming service—we could not figure out how to use the local Comcast and YouTube TV wasn’t an option (although I suppose we could have logged a laptop into HDMI), but didn’t ask the host as there were plenty of other things to do! Downtown was VERY walkable and the neighbors were friendly to offer food recommendations. Our favorites: Park and Main (pizza and ice cream!) Our Lady of Guadalupe Trappist Abbey is located an easy nine minutes from the house. Siltstone Winery is a MUST!

The home was absolutely lovely when coming in the directions for entry were very clear, entering the house it was very very clean organized and decorated very well we loved how everything had a spot and the outdoor door patio/hot tub area were very cozy as well as the game room downstairs and the really cool vinyl record player that was there it was a really nice place to spend time with the family and we’re glad to experience it thanks to Ryan and Lindsay for being so helpful as well in any case something came up I could reach out to them an get an immediate response.

Our group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 4 years old had a great stay at Rebecca’s place. The house looked exactly as the pictures showed. There was a high chair for our younger child as well as plenty of books and puzzles. There were enough dishes for our large group to be able to eat in vs going out. Every part of our stay was exactly as advertised and throughout our whole 3 night stay we never needed to contact the host with any questions or concerns. We all felt safe in the neighborhood and would be happy to stay here again.
