Alloggio molto carino, in una palazzina molto elegante. Posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza alla stazione che per raggiungere il centro. Fermata del pullman sotto casa. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Torneremo volentieri

We are very happy with our stay in these apartments in the heart of Trieste! The location is just perfect - a few minutes walk from the main square, the port, cafes and shops. The apartment is clean, bright and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked that the interior is modern, but with preserved Italian charm. The host was very friendly, gave a lot of useful tips on places to visit. Check-in was quick and without any problems. This place is ideal for both a short trip and a long stay. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone planning to visit Trieste!

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Wszystko zgodne z opisem – mieszkanie schludne, czyste i świetnie zlokalizowane. Zaledwie kilka minut od dworca i głównych atrakcji miasta. Jedynym drobnym minusem był brak Wi-Fi, przez co nie można było korzystać z telewizora. Jednak informacja o tym była zawarta w opisie, więc nie było to zaskoczeniem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna – poleciła niedrogi parking oraz szybko i rzetelnie odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania.

Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

Super schöne Wohnung. Endlich mal keine Ausziehcouch sondern tolle Betten für die Kinder. Also fur Familie mit großen Kindern optimal. Auch die 2Toilettenoption macht sich super mit großen Kindern und einem gewissen gereiften Badanspruch …😉 Super Ausstattung, sehr gute CheckIn und CheckOut Beschreibung. Sehr schöner Ort. Wir kommen wieder. 😀

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat einwandfrei funktioniert und man hat immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Triest reisen werden wir definitiv diese Unterkunft wählen. We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Tolle Unterkunft, sauber und aufgeräumt, ausreichend große Räume. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Besitzer. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Ana. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Ruhe auf der kleinen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume im Garten genießen. Dank Klimaanlage konnte man sich bei den heißen Temperaturen drinnen sehr gut zurückziehen. Die Lage war für uns super. Innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto war man am Hundestrand und in der Stadt, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit zwei Kinder und einem Hund. Wir haben uns seit dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Giorgio und seine Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Ausflüge nach Italien und Slowenien sind nach ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen dann auf jedenfall bei Giorgio. Tolle Kroatische Städte sind auch gut erreichbar. Danke Giorgio für Alles.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende bei Mirjam. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man fühlt sich wunderbar aufgehoben und kann die ruhige Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick einfach nur genießen. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit etwas später auzuchecken und alles noch ein paar Stunden mehr zu genießen. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft und Mirjam als Gastgeberin nur jedem herzlichst empfehlen.

We had a great stay. Good location to reach everything in Istria. The apartment is very stylish, well kept and was absolutely clean. The house and premises are very nice and also well kept. Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. Despite living far away the hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. An excellent experience! Thanks!

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Apartment. Die Größe des Apartments war für uns als Paar ideal. Den Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen, genauso wie die gute Lage zum Zentrum und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist in einer größeren Wohnanlage mit überwiegend Ferienwohnungen. Am Wochenende war es rund um uns herum sehr lebendig, aber abends und nachts dennoch ruhig. Wir hatten etwas Sorge, da sich das Apartment direkt an der Hauptzufahrtsstraße ins Zentrum befindet, und die Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße hinausgehen, aber es war auch bei offenem Fenster machbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Standard insgesamt gut. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und für uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️

The apartment is beautiful, and it is away (but very close —not walking close but driving close) to both Piran and Portorose. Beautiful sunsets. Quick access to the caves and the Lippizaner stallion stud farm. Miriam (our host) was friendly and great communicator, always helpful. Can’t recommend it enough if you want to see Piran and Portorose but don’t want to be in the midst of the tourists 24/7.

Siamo stati a Trieste per la prima perché volevamo visitare questa città. L'alloggio di Anna ci ha permesso di vivere questa esperienza in un clima familiare ed intimo. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Sottolineiamo in particolare l'ottima vista che si può godere dall'appartamento e la gentilezza e disponibilità di Anna.
