The place is awesome. The patio view is amazing. Good view of the mountains and the stars at night. The place is super clean! Only small issue was that it was a little Warm at night. The days that we stayed here was warm during the day. At night it does feel chilly, however we didn’t want to leave the windows open because than flies and bugs can come in. So it would get a big muggy sometimes. Probably a portable fan would have been good to have around. Other small issue was the fact that there are other fees that we didn’t pay close attention to. There are Bed linen fees and tax fees to stay there. We are 4 people so it came up to $112 Euros that we had to pay additionally at the end of the stay. Honestly felt it was unnecessary to charge for bed Linens. In order to avoid the fees you would have to bring your own linens. But who brings there own bed linens to an Air BNB? That was a first time for me. These extra fees are in Check-in/Check-out section of the Listing. Kind of hidden.

A clean, beautiful and peaceful place to stay.About 20 minutes walk from trainstation. Definitely recommend to stay at Valerie 's place.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie ist perfekt für die Zwischensaison, aber die hellhörigen Wände könnten in der Hauptsaison zu laut sein. Die Parkplätze sind gut. Die Sauna und der Pool waren wegen Revision geschlossen, was uns aber bekannt war. Die Lage im ersten Stock ist etwas zur Schau gestellt gegenüber Fußgängern. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Danke.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le logement. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et l appartement très fonctionnel et lumineux. Tout le nécessaire pour faire les repas, mais aussi de bons restaurants à proximité. Stationnement très facile tout près du logement. Tout était parfait !!

This is our second time in a row booking this airbnb as a big groups with dogs. The house is big and plenty of space for such big groups, small garden and super convenient to reach to the ski center. The place is clean and nice, Ruth is always super friendly and helped us with any questions we have. Recommend to everyone!

Wir haben einen schönen Skiurlaub in der Unterkunft gehabt. Insbesondere die Sauna war super nach einem anstrengenden Skitag. Bonus: der Skibus fährt direkt an der Haustür los. Chris war super nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

Georg is a very friendly and pro-active host. Check-in was flexible and easy. The apartment is very spacy and has everything you need, which makes it perfect for a stay with multiple people. Situated in a quiet area close to the river, which makes for a nice walk towards the city center. Only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a parking spot for the car close to the apartment, but that's a small inconvenience that comes with a place so conveniently close to the city centre.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche zum Langlaufen dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr nah an der Loipe. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und unkompliziert.

The Appartment is a gem and so is Doug, aside from a perfectly equipped place he gives you an awesome guide and tips for the area/skiing etc. which made our stay just perfect. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had, thanks a lot, we will be back for sure

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schönes und feines Appartement. Modern eingerichtet. Kleine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof bzw. Fußgängerzone.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Bekvämt med gångavstånd till skidbuss, mataffär och restauranger. Bra med badrum till de flesta sovrum och fint med skidförvaring i källaren med uppvärmning till pjäxor.

Casa moderna su due piani arredata in stile moderno e elettrodomestici nuovi e moderni. Tapparelle elettriche su tutte le finestre. Terrazzo comodo e accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla cucina. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Una casa super comoda con servizio lavanderia e pane a domicilio: top! Solden super servita e con mille servizi per lo sport e il relax. Host super ! Consigliatissima!

Ein tolles Apartment! Sehr gut gelegen nahe des Gletschers, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Bad für jedes Schlafzimmer, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Im Keller befindet sich ein sehr schön eingerichteter Saunabereich. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Alles war perfekt und hat gepasst. Und die Umgebung ist einfach spitze. Gerne wieder.

Logement correspondant aux descriptions, calme, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Bien placé, près de supérettes et à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Elisabeth a été très sympathique.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge! Top moderne Wohnung, richtig schöner mix aus modern und Holz. Viel Platz mit zwei Bädern! Sauna für 15€ zum Benutzen im Nachbarhaus war auch perfekt für uns. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und Frank war auch super freundlich 😊 von dort aus kann man ganz tolle Wanderungen machen.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Von der Unterkunft aus war man schnell in der Natur zum Wandern oder auch Rad fahren. Auch in Innsbruck, in der Stadt, ist man in 15 Minuten. Auch die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Empfehlenswert!

Maria’s place was beautiful! We didn’t want to leave. Everything was exactly as described and so easy to both Old Town Innsbruck and hiking in the Alps. But the deck and views were outstanding. We loved watching the sheep and goats across the way!

Geweldige plek is dit! Gerhard is een hele goede en attente host. Twee mensen in ons gezin waren jarig tijdens het verblijf en daar had hij aan cadeautje voor geregeld. Ook met andere dingen heel attent en meedenkend, reageert snel. Het huis is super, van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijk zwembad, prachtige tuin, rustig gelegen. Alles heel netjes. We waren er ruim een week en hebben ons geen seconde verveeld, de omgeving is echt geweldig en veel leuke dingen dichtbij.

Ein traumhaftes Apartment mit großem Pool, noch größerer Dachterrasse und schönem Ausblick. Die Lage ist klasse, recht ruhig und trotzdem ziemlich nah am Stadtzentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Esperienza molto piacevole, appartamento molto bello e accessoriato, comodissimo il supermercato sotto casa, nelle immediate vicinanze distributore di latte fresco, di uova fresche e di altri prodotti alimentari, e una farmacia con personale gentilissimo. Posizione strategica per visitare molti paesi caratteristici situati a breve distanza. La vasca con idromassaggio è favolosa, anche se è vietato portarci i bicchieri di vetro. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Ottima comunicazione con Florian.
