The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein separates Esszimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein separates WC, einen großen Eingangsbereich, eine Loggia, und Abstellräume. Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung eignet sich die Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes die Parkettböden knarren.

Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Have the best cake at the traditional Café Munding that is just across the street. In Winter the beautiful Kiebachgasse turns into a Fairytale Museum where you can meet all your favourite Grimm characters.

Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
