Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Das komfortable Ferienhaus »Höfl« liegt hoch über Innsbruck und bietet bis zu 3 Personen Platz. Auf dem Sonnenhang des Nordketten-Bergmassivs von Hoch-Innsbruck. Es wurde 2012 modernisiert und mit einem Anbau versehen, und mit einer Fußbodenheizung und Konvektoren ausgestattet. Die historische Einrichtung wurde übernommen und durch einige Sammlerstücke, wie das antike Bauernbett mit der Glücksaufschrift ergänzt.
