A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Our stay was incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The property is located just a short walk from a private-like beach, Additionally, it’s only 400 meters from Marari main beach, making it convenient to explore.

Stay was very awesome. It was easy to reach the venue. Asha is a great host and i recommend this place if you need a villa near beach. This was too close around 5 mins walk from calangute beach. Everything went fine. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Rheman has helped us a little in everything. Pool was also good. We enjoyed a lot in the stay. My friends were very happy with the stay. The Villa was in the perfect location. A quick walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and the host was kind enough to offer her suggestions too. the Villa itself was very clean and well maintained.

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

This was honestly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at. The beach felt almost private, and the pool was super clean and well-maintained. The whole place was spotless, cozy, and set in a stunning location and everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A big shoutout to the manager, Ruvel, for being incredibly helpful and attentive. He made check-in a breeze and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. If you’re thinking about going to Goa… take the risk and reach out to Binesh. He and the staff will treat you Better Than Family!!!

We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

Great stay at Agonda Wellness. Dana and her team were wonderful people. I was invited to share lunch with them one day, and as a solo traveller I appreciated the gesture so much, and the food was delicious. The accommodation is right on Agonda beach, and Dana's restaurant recommendations were spot on. Tea and coffee in room, also toiletries. Additional beach towels were much appreciated too. They are lovely people and I would definitely recommend staying here (I was upstairs, which was fine, but next time I would love a downstairs room). Dana arranged a lift back to airport at reasonable cost. Come here, you won't regret it!

Had a great time at Xavier’s place. He was very helpful from the moment of checkin till the time we checked out. From helping us get an auto to attending a call at 12am at night due to no power, he was always ready to accommodate our every request. Property itself was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and was easily findable from Google maps. It was even serviced by Swiggy and Zomato. Overall one of the most memorable Airbnb stays I had and would love to visit again.

We had an awesome and pleasant stay here. From day of arrival till we left, we had absolutely no problem. As shown in the photos, once we exit the steps of the house, there is a small walk way to the main road, on crossing which we reach Ashvem beach - just a minute away. Supermarket is nearby. Scooty rental with yellow plates, etc was also available nearby. All amenities provided worked well. All in all this was great value for money. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Goa!!!
