I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I had an extended work trip for a month, and it was easy to feel right at home. Loved walking into fresh flowers, great snacks, and a beautiful, clean space— exactly as pictured! For extended stays, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need. Richard even had a cleaning service scheduled halfway through my stay, which was a great refresh and reset for the second half of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say. The area is quiet, residential and walkable. Will definitely be keeping Richard’s place in mind for the future!

What a lovely stay in a charming, safe, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the Supreme Court, Capitol and Library of Congress and a nice walk to the National Mall. The place was comfortable, spotless and baby-proofed for our 1-year-old. And for the adults - the high pressure shower head and hair and body cleansers and lotions (as well as the black washcloths for removing makeup) reminded me of being in a spa! The kitchen had everything you needed and the guide they wrote for visitors was extremely helpful. Why stay in a hotel when you have such wonderful places like this! The baby and I walked a lot every day and came back to a place that felt like home!

Very nice place in great area. Everything was very easy and clean. Tom had a parking permit ready for my car for the street parking. Building was very easy to get in and out of. Plenty of towels and good kitchen! Overall my friends and I had a great time. Felt at home for a few days!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

We had a great time staying here. The location was awesome, a fun walk to the Metro via the Messianic Memorial. It was great family place, lots of room, a full kitchen (we cooked Easter Dinner there!). Couldn't have been more pleased!

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Lovely, beautifully appointed apartment with modern kitchen, washer/dryer and all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of historic Occoquan steps away from multiple restaurants, shops, hiking trails, yet still private. Check in was easy with provided instructions and host was responsive, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. I was sorry to leave. Highly recommend.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

We would recommend Anthony's condo to anyone needing a peaceful/comfortable place to stay that has all the amenities and is still close to many things. He is a wonderful host and we are thankful we found his listing while we were searching for an apartment. It was truly a home away from home.
