This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

This place is great!! Very clean and spacious. Our family stayed here while visiting New York. Just a short drive away. The apartment is located in a very quiet Neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants close by . Overall good experience and the upstairs neighbors were quiet, didn’t even know they were there . Definitely recommend staying here ,and we will definitely be looking the stay again in the future. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions.. Very happy with our stay!

Overall the house is a lot bigger than what it seems in pictures. The check-in was effortless and easy, the host responds very quick to any messages .The pool is huge and refreshing . Please note there is cameras in the entrance of the home which is normal but there are also more cameras in the back yard and host can view the whole yard because the cameras do move . There is a personal car as well in the back yard that belongs to the host . Please be aware there are no Pots/Pans. In conclusion my family loved it , we were comfortable , I would stay there again and recommend this airbnb.

The hosts were amazing. We booked at the very last minute. They accommodated with the time and they were very understanding. The place was clean and spacious.

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

Maria was the best host ever! 10/10 would definitely rent again. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my stay and was very sure to let me know if I needed anything to make my stay better she would accommodate.

My favorite part was how clean it was including the walls. If attention is paid to the walls you can count on everything being clean. The host also tried to save us parking right in front of the house. That was very considerate. The host welcomed us with drinks and chips for the kids which was a very nice touch. We recommend this house.

Truly felt like home. Everything in the home functioned, kitchen had everything you would need. Loved brick walls and wood flooring. Classic NYC walkup. Truly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly safe neighbourhood … it’s a big city, so use your common sense!!!!

Second time booking this spacious beautiful home. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, churches and so much more. Host is fantastic!!! Neighborhood is so quiet, safe. You can walk everywhere. Close to bus lines also. Will be booking again..

een fijn verblijf voor onze 5 daagse trip naar New York. Vaak met bus 123 gegaan naar het busstation in New York, vanuit daar verder. Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden. Badkamer is iets minder maar dat kan misschien ook omdat de rest zo goed was. Zelfs gebruik gemaakt was was- en droog machine, was top. Met uber naar het vliegveld geregeld is super goed gegaan

Awesome place to stay. Convenient to the subway and the highway if you have a car! The place looked just like the pics. Very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Ayoub was a great host very responsive, I booked last min and he was able to accommodate and answer all my questions. Place was very clean and just like the pictures would definitely book again.

I enjoyed staying here. I will say if noise is something that bothers you just be prepared ahead of time because there are people who stay on the top floor who can be quite noisy. Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly.

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.
