The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. He responds practically immediately. He went above and beyond for our stay here. Much appreciated! Thank you a million times over!

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. Close to everywhere we wanted to go and in a cute neighborhood!

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

Perfect Charlotte basecamp — for business and beers. We came as a crew for work, held meetings during the day, and used the house as our evening retreat. It balanced productivity and relaxation better than most of us do. The location? Central enough to stroll to some top-notch craft breweries (research purposes, obviously). The house itself was clean, well-organized, and ideal for groups. The backyard fire pit became our unofficial strategy hub. The pool looked great — we admired it purely as art. And yes, we may have gotten slightly too competitive on the Big Game Hunter arcade machine. No actual animals were harmed, except maybe our pride. Would 100% come back — unless you get there first.

3800 Sulkirk met all of our needs. I grew up in Charlotte and we were in town for my mom's 90th birthday celebration and we needed a 3BR home that permitted dogs. My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children. The location is very convenient and easy to get to. Hawthorne Pizza (and other restaurants) and Harris Teeter are very close by. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach towels were provided as were dog biscuits, a nice touch! Check in is easy as is check out. Great stay and no complaints. This Airbnb was next-level luxury — think lakefront mornings, mountain view sunsets, and unforgettable porch hangs with the fam. Every detail was over the top in the best way. Absolutely epic!

The house was perfect for us and our friends with their kids. We both took our pup and they had a great time in the backyard. Everything was as described and a quick drive from everything!

It's a lovely home that can fit several people and has great amenities. It's a bit off the beaten path, but if you're looking to hike and explore with plenty of space to spread out, this is a great house in an idyllic location.

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. David’s place was great!!! Private, peaceful, it was clean with lots of space.. this is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Norman.

Wonderful place to stay! Thomas was helpful and responsive. The home was clean and cozy, with nice privacy for being so close to the city. Nice little touches included labeled light switches, waffle bar (we didn’t use, but it looked great!), game cabinet, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in shower. Would stay again and recommended to anyone, especially families (that bedroom off the master area was so nice for a kids space!)

Beautiful home, very comfortable for groups that seek private bedrooms. Also has very comfortable mattresses (some very firm, which I like). Close to Beech Mountain ski resort & beautiful views. Kitchen, dining & living area all open with a ton of windows. We really enjoyed our stay.

A group of eight of us stayed at the lake for my friends bachelorette party. Everyone was really comfortable and in awe of the property. The space was great for a large group, it never felt like we were on top of each other inside or outside. Response was really thorough and they were able to let us extend her check out which was so helpful! Would highly recommend this location on Lake Norman.

Loved this house. It was SO clean and we felt right at home. Excellent location and nice neighbors.

We enjoyed the incredibly beautiful views of the mountains, vineyard and rolling hills surrounding the property. The fire pit is a great place to chill and watch the sunset. The layout of the cottage worked perfectly for our group (our family of 4 and the grandparents.) Thank you for sharing your property on Airbnb!

We had an amazing couple of days, the location was beautiful. The small hike to the water fall was definitely a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this picture perfect, peaceful retreat to families as well as couples. Gustavo and Isabel were extremely kind to let us arrive a few hours early as our drive was shorter than expected. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room. Was in the area for work so there was 4 of us staying together and we never disturbed each other. Very nice neighborhood.

This was a wonderful place to stay, especially during the holidays. The local restaurants were amazing and charlotte was nearby which made this a great spot outside the city. Would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Rutherfordton! The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful house! We had a group of 5 and everyone had room to spread out and have some privacy, but there were also several areas to gather. We favored the sunroom so that we could watch the horse and pig while we chatted. The outside area was green and lush. Everything was just lovely and so comfortable. Karen created a beautiful space with lots of little extra touches to make it feel homey. We will definitely keep this on our list of favorites if we come through again!
