Please note there are 52 steps to the top floor. You have access to kitchen facilities, shared with one other guest.

Energy Increase from Nov22 Unfortunately due to the huge increase in utilities I have to request an additional payment of £10 per day. Happy for guests to pay on arrival as I don’t feel Airbnb should be adding charges to what is an energy increase. Longer bookings preferred July and August. Happy to consider shorter bookings but please do not be offended if I do not accept. Please advise if sofa bed is required to be made up.
