A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

Beautiful house in upstate with a hot tub and barbecue that allowed us moments that we won’t forget. Chris was very responsive and maintained the communication throughout our stay. The house was spacious, clean, great amenities and extra care from the host. The location was also good, close to Hudson but private. We loved it and hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

I can't say enough about how lovely Melissa's home is. The home is so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We needed a local place to stay unexpectedly and were able to do a same day booking at Melissa's. We're so thankful we found her place because it met every need we had. Unfortunately it was pretty cold and ended up snowing so we didn't get to enjoy the patio and pool area but hope to be able to come back sometime to do just that. I'd highly recommend Melissa and her home whenever you're heading to Saratoga. It was a wonderful experience all around. Thank you Melissa!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Chantale is an amazing host! I like that she takes the time to break down the house rules. This helps understand why certain rules are in place. Chantale is inviting and checks in to ensure you are comfortable. She definitely goes above and beyond. We were able to do an early check-in and had the option for a later check out. We really enjoyed our getaway! Would love to return. Thank you Chantale for opening your home!

We had a great stay at the Hollywood Bungalow. House was described accurately and had so many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. Diana met us upon arrival and walked us around the property and the house. Such a great host! She had generously provided snacks, treats and gave a thorough overview for our stay. We were primarily focused on skiing at Jiminy Peak which was a short 20 minute drive. We also brought our 5 year-old rescue who had the best vacation of her life. She was able to use the fenced-in backyard to run around off leash and even meet a new friend when Jackson's dog visited. Diana even shoveled walking paths in the yard throughout our stay so we could get around in the high snow. The Screening Room is awesome and provided hours of entertainment. Quiet street and picturesque location. We will definitely return.

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing place and experience. Everything about the place was great and the communication and service was the best. We received 5 inches of snow on our last night and they even had the driveway all plowed for us first thing in the morning. That was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!!

Very nice accommodations in a great location. A vehicle needed to get around to plentiful hiking, shops in nearby towns, and cultural sites. Very nice home for family gatherings and with all necessary amenities.

Arin & Brian’s place was nothing short of amazing ! From the minute we walked in , it felt like home . Our 21 month old daughter especially took a liking to the home . I was so shocked and happy to see how baby/toddler friendly their home is . From child locks to stair gates , you name it , they had it all! It was also very peaceful surroundings and private, which I always appreciate in an air b n b. Arin and Brian were great hosts too , checking in when needed. I would love to come again !

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful - super clean, tons of space and gorgeous views of the river. Beth responded to all of my messages extremely quickly. She was easy to work with and very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house to larger groups; the set up with lots of single beds was perfect for what we needed. There was also a basement full of games that would be just perfect for kids and families. Everyone who stayed would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at Jeffrey and Juan’s quiet home on the rushing Chittenden Creek! Jeff is a communicative, friendly, and accommodating host and would absolutely recommend his place to others. I surprised myself at how much I loved the bird watching (don’t worry, Jeff has binoculars and a book to guide you!). Don’t miss out on the Empire trail for early evening walks! My husband and I stayed at their home for two weeks as we both work remotely and there was plenty of space to spread out and take calls. The plant room in their home is so beautiful that people complimented my ‘digital’ background on zoom! Would absolutely stay again.

Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here when we come to visit family. We love the location, quiet and just a couple minutes from our grandchildren. Easy access, cute cozy clean home nice kitchen amenities.

We loved our stay here!! It is very accessible to a lot of hikes in upstate. The place was super clean. You would find most amenities in the house for your stay. Loved it.

Becky’s house was exactly as listed with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the area. Her gardens are beautiful and the house is convenient to the Berkshires without the stress of the downtown areas. We are extremely appreciative of all that was provided!

Great stay at Mian and Anthony's place. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, there was tons of space, and comfy beds. We are grateful that they allowed us an early check in too. Would stay with them again gladly!

The staff at The Heritage were outstanding. Ray was god sent, he went above and beyond everyday. Not many left like him.

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were exactly as stated, comfortable, roomy, very clean and convenient to amenities. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds were comfortable even for older adults and children. The surroundings were incredibly picturesque, beautiful yard for outdoor activities and lovely mountainous views. The host was very accommodating to our needs and for that we are very thankful. We would definitely stay again.
