There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Welcome to Room With A View, a contemporary apartment located moments away from the Dromana Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

(5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
