Afterwards, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the beautiful fenced-in outdoor elevated patio watching the boats sail by in Puget Sound or a soak in the warm spa. Use my Kayaks!

This cozy haven is an 8 minute drive from the Tacoma Dome for concerts and events and centrally located for day trips to all the fun sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula and nearby Seattle.

There are over 35 restaurants and shops just outside your door. 6th Ave is known for hip trendy shops and many restaurants just out the door. Get your fresh roasted coffee at Bluebeard Coffee Roasters (next door) or get a beer at State Street Brewery. We are also directly across from MSM deli known for their delicious sandwiches.

Enjoy views of downtown Seattle from this south Lake Washington fully remodeled mid-century home. Includes private access to "Odin's Park" next door where you can relax while enjoying a sunset from beneath a 100 year old apple tree. Public park and pickleball courts are two blocks away. The quiet neighborhood is home to Taylor Creek with nesting eagles and flickers. Perfect setting for a romantic escape. Light rail station to city and airport is nearby. Winter skiing is an hour away.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
