Willkommen in meinem modern eingerichteten Appartement Am Uhrturm in Hannover Döhren. In dem 1-Zimmer-Appartement (ca. 60 qm) finden bis zu 2 Personen Platz. Das Appartement ist zentral und ruhig gelegen und direkt an ein Landschaftschutzgebiet angrenzend. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn sind in der Nähe (10 Min.). Das Messegelände erreicht man bequem mit der Straßenbahn in 30 Minuten. Ab dem 1.1.2024 erhebt die Stadt Hannover eine Beherbergungssteuer. Die Steuer ist im Preis enthalten.

Ihr seid in wenigen Gehminuten am Hauptbahnhof, dem Tor zur City. Fast vor der Tür findet sich die beliebte Lister Meile mit ihren netten Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Am Ende der Lister Meile erreicht ihr den größten Stadtwald in Europa, die Eilenriede. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, geräumig und verfügt über zwei TV. Das WLAN lässt sich auch auf dem Balkon nutzen. Besonders wichtig ist natürlich der Schlafkomfort. Deswegen legen wir Wert auf gute Matratzen und bieten auch Nackenkissen an.

Mach es dir gemütlich in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit eigener Küche und Bad mit Dusche und Waschtrockner, die wir mit Liebe + Sorgfalt eingerichtet haben. Dazu haben wir Möbel aus Recycling Holz angeschafft und die Polster sind aus recyceltem Plastik:-) du bist willkommen in unserem Garten und kannst dir zum Abendessen ein paar frische Kräuter zupfen. Oder schau die Umgebung an zB die Schlösser der Region.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Die Wohnung für Monteure und Feriengäste mit 3Etagen und 4 Schlafzimmern wurde neu eingerichtet.Separater Eingang im EG mit Flur,Garderobe und Waschraum mit Waschtrockner. In der 1. Etage befinden sich die 4 Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. In der 2. Etage die große Küche mit anschließendem Wohnbereich und überdachtem Balkon.WLAN und Parkplätze vorhanden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. The house and its location have so much to offer for everyone. It is located in the Thal district, 5 km from the centre of Bad Pyrmont. Bad Pyrmont is a spa town with many top-ranking spa facilities. The town has a spacious spa park with the largest outdoor palm tree area north of the Alps. Perfect for strolling, eating and shopping. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

Cottage Wilkenburg

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Diese vielseitig nutzbare Nebauwohnung in einem 2 Familienhaus aus dem Jahr 2024 kann sowohl als Messewohnung für Gruppen oder Unternehmen genutzt werden. Genauso ist es aber auch ein Entspannungsort für ein Kurztrip ins Grüne für Pärchen oder eine Urlaubswohnung für die gesammte Familie. Die A7 ist nah (hinter einem kleinen Waldstück und daher nicht zu hören) und daher ist die Lage auch für Durchreisende attraktiv.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
