Enjoy our 2000 sq ft lake house in a private peaceful community with panoramic views of the lake. We are a licensed BNB with DeSoto County and the State of Mississippi until the year 2035. (Lic # 20110070) You will have the entire lake house to yourself and we provide coffee and pastries for breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Tunica Expo, 5 minutes to Tunica National Golf Course, 10 Minutes to the casinos; 38 minutes to Beale St, Bass Pro Shop, Peabody Hotel, Graceland and The Lorraine Hotel.

Down Home Southern Charmer

This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

Available longer term October- March. Located in Elvis’ neighborhood in between the home of Vernon Presley and the home Elvis bought for Linda Thompson. The home sits directly behind The Guesthouse at Graceland. The open concept layout makes this home great for families. Just blocks from Graceland, close to the Airport, STAX, AL Greens church, & 10-15 minutes to downtown. Pets are allowed. $50 per pet, per visit. The pool will be closed from October-Mid May. Country get-away! Only 35 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow beautiful, peaceful strolls. There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
