The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). My place is located 900m from the beach and town center and it is very easy to find. Shopping center (Lidl, Konzum) is also 500m from the house and center of Crikvenica is about 3km.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
