Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

The view was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet location. Kitchen was handy. Clean bathroom.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation, close to beach with everything we needed. The parking garage was a great bonus given how much on street parking occurs in the area

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. Kristine place was the perfect place for our family, we loved that we could been our dog along with us and the kids loved the backyard with the cubby and sand pit and all the activities that where are the house for them to play with. Would recommend this house to all young families looking for a weekend away with family and pets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Belinda’s house. It was probably a little older than I expected but this did not detract at all as the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, sparkling and modern. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the beach and not much further to the township of St Leonard’s. All amenities were in good order and it’s obvious that Belinda maintains and cares for her property very well. No complaints from us.

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Great spot close to the pristine beaches of Rosebud. Very good location for some peaceful nights while exploring Mornington Peninsula.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

We had another wonderful stay at Josephine’s beautiful beach condo. Perfect location! Great cafes & restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommend!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Wonderful property that is walkable to the beautiful beach. Kitchen had pretty much all amenities you could ask for. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was cosy. A very peaceful stay with no interruptions!! Judy was very accomodating when we also asked for an earlier check in.
