Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con la nostra piccola di nove mesi. L’host è stato gentilissimo e reattivo e l’appartamento è in pieno centro.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal dort und es hat uns genauso gut gefallen wie damals. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Bruno ist super und hat uns sehr gut betreut während des Aufenthalts. Auch die Tips von Paolo waren sehr hilfreich. Verpasst nicht während des Sonnenuntergangs durch die Olivenhaine hinter dem Haus zu spazieren. Wir kommen wieder.

Mariangela’s apartment was lovely. Perfect location, beautifully done with everything you need. We stayed for 2.5 months and it felt like a second home to us. Closed to amazing restaurants, open markets, grocery stores and easy walk to Florence beautiful sites and this amazing cities neighborhoods. Quiet neighborhood. Mariangela and her team were always responsive and lovely to interact with. We are planning on returning next year.

Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Siamo state 3 notti a casa di Karla e Luca e non potevamo trovarci meglio. La casa è assolutamente deliziosa, la abbiamo trovata pulitissima e attrezzata al meglio. La posizione è super centrale ma nonostante ciò molto tranquilla. Insomma, assolutamente da consigliare! Gentilissima Karla e super disponibile. Grazie ancora!

Veldig praktisk sted for oss som skulle på sykkelturer fordi vi kunne enkelt trille syklene i leiligheten. Leiligheten er akkurat som på bildene. Eneste er at den er litt mørk siden det ikke er mange vinduer med godt dagslys. Det gjorde ikke oss noe. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertskap.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Stefano and Carlos were amazing, very helpful. They even gave my daughter and her fiancé a bottle of Prosciutto for their upcoming wedding. Easy access to center of town. We will definitely be back!

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. Every morning, we woke up to this enchanting landscape, and every evening, we wound down with it, making our two-week stay feel truly magical. The apartment is compact but efficiently designed, providing a comfortable and well-planned space. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. The farm, with its blend of rustic charm and modern touches, added to the overall experience and made for a pleasant environment.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

Emiliano and his staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Extremely professional, with a lot of available service options, including laundry, transportation, and special offers to make your visit easy and unforgettable. The room was a true taste of medieval Florence. If you’re after an exemplary experience, instead of just a regular hotel or b&b stay, I highly recommend you give him a visit.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
