La Rosacanina" B&B is situated in Fumane (Via Casterna 4, Verona) in the heart of Valpolicella. Valpolicella is famous for its fine wines like Amarone and Recioto). For the guests there are two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, both of them are recently renovated. In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The atmosphere inside the house was treated with artistic sense and is modernly furnished. There are possibilities to have meeting with wineries and typical restaurants of Valpolicella. Struttura dotata di giardino, smart TV, cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, forno, microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.
