Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Il signor Danilo e sua moglie sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili. La casa è esattamente come viene descritta, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in serenità.

L'appartamento è ordinato e ben rifornito. È molto pulito e sebbene non ci sia una vera e propria cucina, c'è tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno. Cristina è stata molto disponibile e veloce nella comunicazione. Consigliato!

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Sono stato ospitato da Francesca, molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile, l’appartamento l’ho trovato in ordine e pulito, inoltre ha un tavolino con sedie per poter mangiare fuori all’aperto. La piscina é vicina all’appartamento, ed ha una doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il posto é tranquillo, lo consiglio per chi ama la tranquillità immersa nella natura, c’è anche un bel punto panoramico e si può ammirare il tramonto.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Stefano was very kind and helpful. The accommodation had everything I needed and was in a perfect location in Bologna, with a bus stop to the city center just a few steps away. I would love to visit again in the future. Great experience, highly recommend.

Debora was very kind and helpful. The place is very nice and comfortable. It’s a very local neighbourhood, don’t feel like you are in a tourist area. Quiet at night. Easy to walk to restaurants and the old city area. We had all five rooms so it worked well. If you don’t take all the rooms you will share the kitchen. Two rooms have ensuites bathrooms and then there are two other bathrooms shared with the other three rooms. Two of the rooms connect to the same large balcony. The listing needs to be updated as there is no washing machine, Debora kindly did some laundry for us because the listing still said washing machine. We had different numbers of people on different nights over the five night stay and Debora was accommodating of that. She lives on the main floor, all of the rooms are off of a shared hallway on the second floor.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

Eliana and Michele are one of the best host I know. My gf and I were the first time in Italy and saw their offer. We immediately fell in love and wanted to stay there. Eliana is very friendly and helpful regarding everything and so lovely. The pictures are very accurate, however even better in real. We were flabbergasted about the location and (be aware to drive the last 500 miles carefully, a care with not too low height is recommended) we‘ve been greeted in person and showed around - very warm welcome + their lovely dogs. If we had questions, Eliana und Michele were quickly responsive and we received local recommendations. The experience was very unique and we‘d love to come back!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
