Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

This is a cute apartment with everything you need. The host was always helpful and responsive. It is in a quiet and pleasant area, but a short walk from the center of town. Highly recommended.

This is one of the most lovely Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! The grounds are so peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Montepulciano. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made it especially convenient. The apartment was filled with charming Tuscan details and modern amenities, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The washer and dryer were a plus! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with its charming shops, local restaurants, and stunning views of the countryside. Dorita and family were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for wineries and local attractions. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience. We can’t wait to return!

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

Un soggiorno che ha rispecchiato pienamente il nostro ideale di vacanza. Il luogo è semplicemente magico: immerso nella quiete, un po’ fuori dal tempo e lontano dalla frenesia della routine quotidiana. I ritmi lenti, la natura intorno e l’atmosfera rilassata ci hanno regalato giorni di vero relax e rigenerazione. La casa è arredata con gusto romantico in stile francese, un vero piccolo nido d’amore dove ci si sente coccolati e subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Riccardo, un host davvero straordinario: sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

Splendido alloggio a Monticchiello. Pulito, ordinato e fornito del necessario di cui avere bisogno. Situato in ottima posizione sia per il borgo in cui si trova, che per visitare la Val d’Orcia. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi. Marco è stato un host gentile ed educato e se dovessimo tornare in quelle zone, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Aparamento muito amplo. Utensílios muito bons, azeite bom, café sem limites. A anfitriã é muito clara e, acima de tudo, achei uma pessoa muito do bem, que teve a delicadeza de me escrever e sugerir pra não ir longe no dia seguinte, porque havia um alerta de mau tempo pro dia seguinte. Panzano é bem vazia em baixa temporada, vários restaurantes fechados, mas a vista do terraço do apto é linda e a Chiantigiana( SC 222), também. A única dificuldade em relação ao apartamento ( e acho que se aplica mais a brasileiro, porque é diferente daqui), refere-se a um ponto muito bacana da cidade, que é o tratamento do lixo que eles mantém por lá: Toda a região conta com coleta de lixo 100% seletiva, de modo que as coletas são de lixo orgânico dia sim, dia não; e, nos intercalados, recolhe-se num dia em plástico, no outro papel etc. Se no dia da saída vc tiver lixo que nao se recolhe naquele dia, vc tem que levar com vc e achar o local do descarte. Super razoável a regra; conseguimos achar. ☺️

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Rossella è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. L'alloggio è spaziosissimo, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comodità. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wow! this place was an absolute dream. I only wish I could've stayed longer. The pictures are accurate, but it's nothing like being there in person, hearing the birds chirping, smelling the flowers, and feeling the sun being down on you. This place was a sanctuary for me to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. I enjoyed the decoarations and the flow of the farmhouse. I was able to reflect on life in peace. Bryan and his wife and their dog Muse were amazing. Bryan and his wife were very welcoming, friendly and gave recommendation for the local market. I will definately be booking tis Airbnb in the future, but for longer the next time. Grazie mille!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni davvero rilassanti nell’Airbnb “Michelangelo” di Massimo e la sua famiglia. La casa e’ davvero molto accogliente e tradizionale, accessoriata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e con una vista stupenda sulla valle e i tradizionali contorni della Toscana. La piscina con vista e la terrazza privata con vista , tavolo , gazebo , e barbecue sono perfetti per trascorre una bella giornata in compagnia e in totale privacy . Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Massimo, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il miele e l’olio di sua produzione come regalo di benvenuto, abbiamo apprezzato davvero la convenienza della location, facile da raggiungere tramite autostrada e centrale per poter vivere le esperienze che la valle del Chianti propone . Direi che il sogno di mia moglie americana di vedere le valli del Chianti si è avverato e non esiteremo a tornare da Massimo . Alla prossima!

I chose this apartment for its view and location – and it absolutely delivered. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of accommodation.

L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato e con tutte le necessità di cui hai bisogno. Si trova vicino al centro, con le scale mobili sono circa 6 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è un po’ trafficato ma c’è un altro parcheggio lì di fianco, il posto in macchina si trova. Francesco è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Perfetto per famiglie o per coppie. Lo consiglio vivamente!

10 out of 10 on every measure in this beautifully done modern apartment. Giacomo is a lovely young man who was kind enough to offer to pick us up and return us to the train station which was greatly appreciated. He was very quick to answer any questions and kindly provided a fan at very short notice. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want if you are going to do some of your own meals. Lovely bathroom great shower and excellent living space. So close to walk a few minutes to the wonderful restaurants, cafe and major sights of Perugia. Ultra quiet inside never heard any noise. Best place to stay in Perugia! Thank you Giacomo

Andrea’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week with my parents during Easter. The location is right in the center of the Siena, with incredible views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was fully equipped and there were even extras that we did not expect. We did most of our cooking at home, so it was perfect. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful when we reached out. Especially with parking. We had a car and were in and out of the city quite often. I would highly recommend this place. It was an amazing stay and a fantastic host!

We loved staying at Massimiliano‘s apartment during our 4-night stay in Siena. It was clean and offered everything you might need. More important, it was not in the center of Siena where it can get rather crowded and noisy on afternoons and evenings and during the weekend. If you do not mind a 10 to 15 minute (slightly uphill) walk, then this apartment is definitely for you. The communication with Massimiliano was always easy and on time. Would definitely stay here again!
