Our stay was satisfying. The photos on the listing are what really is in the apartment. Beds are comfortable to rest in. It is also helpful that they already have a working kitchen. The surroundings is peaceful and quiet. The price is also reasonable and very affordable. It is a bit far from the center of Dagupan. If you do not have a car, you may ride jeepneys going to the center of Dagupan since tricycle fare is a little expensive. We just had difficulty in entering the apartment. Giving out contact numbers aside from communication through the app might also be helpful. The owners however compensated us by giving us extended hours of stay in their apartment. Overall, our stay is sulit and fulfilling. Will recommend this to friends visiting Pangasinan too and hopefully we can go back to stay at the place again.

Great place to stay, few mins walk to the beach. The restaurants nearby also offer great food, you dont have to go far to eat. The place was clean, there’s also a spacious yard outside. Amenities are complete too, even utensils are provided.

Rich is a wonderful guest and an amazing person. We needed a place to stay last minute because we couldn’t drive with the heavy rain. Rich and Star replied immediately and welcomed us a few minutes later. They were so kind that they even gave us a hair dryer to dry our clothes (we were soaking wet 😅). So yeah we had a great experience with them and we definitely recommend it to everybody!!

first and foremost, big thanks for letting us stay in your property despite the fact that it’s my first time booking in airbnb. anyway, place is private and quiet. area is accessible to coffee shops, restaurants etc. spacious for 2pax. pov as a mom, i would prefer to have a smart tv available for my baby to have options what to watch and/or for her to be entertained since we stayed home most of the time. also, for future guests, if you will bring fruits or something that needs to be cut, make sure to bring knife or scissors. not sure if the property is allowed to keep such utensils but yeah, the place has no knives/scissors. we bought mangoes but then we ended up bringing them back home hehe wifi is good, me and my husband were able to work smoothly during our gy shifts. parking slot is ok. lastly, i liked the fact that it’s self check-in. less hassle for both parties. kodus for being so responsive and proactive. will definitely rebook if we need to go back here in Dagupan. ty!Godbless
