Nur einen Steinwurf von der Arena di Verona (Piazza Bra´) entfernt, liegt diese gänzlich renovierte, modern ausgestattete 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Neben zwei Bädern steht ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohn/Essbereich zur Verfügung (ein Abstellzimmer ist während des Aufenthalts nicht zugänglich). Durch die in jedem Zimmer einzeln steuerbare Klimaautomatik sowie die integrierte Fußbodenheizung herrscht stets ein wohliges Klima. Die verbaute 3-fach Verglasung hält jeglichen Lärm vom Innenraum fern.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. The apartment is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The apartment is 60m2 with King size double bedroom with a balcony, spacious bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed, kitchen and dining table. Common areas are atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection
