Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Welcome to Yindala. Situated on 17 acres of rural bushland just minutes from Margaret River and Witchcliffe. Our single bedroom ensuite studio is the perfect retreat for couples or a solo getaway. The studio offers both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Make the most of all seasons and enjoy the outdoors under the pergola featuring outdoor bath, lounge and dining area. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch a movie on the open air projector screen or take a magnesium bath under the stars and relax..

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

Westgate Farm - The Barn

“The Barn” was completed at the beginning of 2018 and is located within the grounds of Westgate Farm, a 100 acre working horse and cattle property in Cowaramup. The open plan, one-bedroom property has a covered terrace to the north which enjoys panoramic views of the property and surrounding countryside. Spectacular sunsets can also be enjoyed from a private walled courtyard adorned with olive trees. The Barn is strictly for two adults only.
