Had a really enjoyable stay. Such a quirky and lovely place to stay. The tea and coffee and bread and milk were a nice touch. Great location. If we had any slight criticisms we would have liked a bit more space to unpack clothes for a family of four (only one free draw and a tiny wardrobe) and the sofa bed was sagging on one side! My 4 year old was super comfy in the double bed to herself though (we chose the sofa so we could sleep next to our newborn). Overall would return x

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were in touch with us with lots of information and also tried to accommodate our group as well as possible. It was very handy for what we needed, especially as we needed a lot of sleeping space. The host was great when there were any problems and even came out of her way to bring us some spare sheets. There was a lot of parking available and even the neighbours offered us extra space! I think all I would say is that it should be noted that there is no living space as such. There is a kitchen and there are chairs in a lot of the bedrooms but there is no living room. We managed for the couple of nights by using one of the bedrooms but it would be tricky if we were there longer. We were really glad to have this space and the host was very helpful and great with any questions we had. Thank you!

Great stay with Rodger. Peaceful area with plenty of parking, very close to Birmingham/ Solihull.

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

We visited Harborne for a family celebration. The Plough House was a perfect base over a bank holiday weekend and was so spotlessly clean , comfortable & cosy. Amazing breakfasts in The Plough and were very much enjoyed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Music House. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay, and Chris is an excellent host. He has lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Birmingham and it’s surrounds. Chris is a great guy and we would gladly stay again.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

2nd time staying here for an event in Birmingham, perfect location, clean, tea and coffee facilities plus snacks 😋 Will be using again in future

Had a wonderful stay. The flat is stunning and have taken a lot of inspiration for my own. I love how close it is to the train station, town centre and gardens which we enjoyed using. We had everything we needed the kitchen is kitted out so we made food there instead. I would definitely stay here again!

Hamza was a fantastic host. We felt very safe and completely at home during our stay. He went above and beyond by providing essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, bread, and biscuits for his guests—something I haven’t seen in any of the 50+ Airbnbs I’ve stayed at before. There's also a dedicated parking spot, which is a huge plus. Several restaurants are conveniently located nearby as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Spotlessly clean, everything as described and looked like pictures. Had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we needed while at the NIHL play-off finals. A little further out than some places but easily walkable from the skydome, and included a simple breakfast which was a nice touch. Thanks!

Esteve was responsive and friendly. His place was the perfect location for attending a show at the NEC. Having two bathrooms was great. Great amenities and super comfy beds! Would recommend and would stay again.

Host & house were fantastic. Host is very calm & helpful. I was not expecting that host will go with me on 2nd floor for showing all the things. Because it’s difficult to go on 2nd floor by stairs. But she did for us. Amazing lady. House was very peaceful, clean & smell free. Definitely i will prefer to go there again instead staying other place.

Another year and another stay with Mick and Maxine - amazing hosts, so polite and generous with everything they do for guests. If you need to stay in Solihull and go to the NEC, this is the place to stay. I'll be back again next year, same time, without question!
