from 15th JULY to 31st AUGUST - Bookings should start on a Saturday and be a minimum of 7 nights or multiples. Nestled in the hills opposite Todi lies our centuries old estate. A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Da Pacific House si raggiungono facilmente le più belle località umbre. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata ed è situata in primissima periferia, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Foligno e dalla Caserma Gonzaga, raggiungibile in auto in soli 3/5 minuti, a piedi in 15 minuti e 8 minuti in bici. A soli 20 min. in auto si può raggiungere Rasiglia 'la piccola venezia umbra', Trevi,Bevagna, Montefalco, Campello sul Clitunno, Assisi, Spoleto..

Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.
