We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

The place was perfect! Spacious, comforting, and exactly what me and my wife needed for the stay. Easy communicating with the host as well, anytime I travel to this area I hope I have the opportunity to book again!

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

It was a nice place had everything you need clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. i recommend this place to stay and next time im in palm springs this will be my first place to stay

Beautiful apartment in a well kept private community. The apartment was bigger than expected with two bathrooms and very clean. The space, gardens and pools were a welcome break from our 2-week road trip. We would all love to return!

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

This property made our first stay at Joshua Tree so memorable! After a long day of exploring the town, we couldn’t wait to get back to relax and unwind. The property was clean and had lots of cooking essentials and little games to play. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful to look at the stars at night. Everything with the airbnb was so smooth- check in, check out, and communication with Michael. Michael was wonderful and responded quickly. You can definitely tell how much effort and love he and his wife put into this property. We will definitely be booking again next time we are in Joshua Tree!!

This place was perfect for a relaxing nature experience close enough to the Joshua Tree entrance. The fire pit is key to enjoying the chilly nights. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Artwork is PERFECT for the vibe and mystery of Joshua Tree. Landscaping was beautiful! Thanks again to the great hosts!

Great place to stay when visiting the Joshua Tree area. Just a few minutes from the west entrance to the National park, and only about 20 minutes from the 29 Palms entrance. This made it very easy to visit Joshua Tree in both the morning and evening. The house is nice and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The ping pong table is a fun touch. The yard is beautiful and I enjoyed stargazing at night. There were a lot of food options in the area for if you wanted to eat out or eat in. The hosts were easy to communicate with as well.

Great home and place to go to get a way for a few days! Place had lots of things to do for the kids and they absolutely loved it. Called it a dream home. ❤️

Steve’s place was perfect for Stagecoach. Walking distance to shuttle made getting to and from the venue super easy and convenient. The house was a perfect place to hang out before and after the concert and Steve O was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

The condo was very comfortable and it was nice to come "home" after a day out exploring Palm Springs and surrounding areas. I really appreciated that there were already ice cubes in the ice trays as it was getting hot during my visit, so we were able to use the ice right away. The only possible negative was the hallway shower has a low water pressure. But it was good enough that we never had to use the primary bathroom's tub. The water is sufficiently hot. We arrived after dark and we couldn't find the exact condo location. But Roshi called me and walked me through finding it over the phone. Overall the communications have been very responsive and professional.

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

Sally was very gracious, hospitable, and accommodating throughout the entire process from booking to check out. She was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The place was PERFECT for our weekend at Stagecoach. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was a guidebook in almost every room to help us navigate the space. Would highly recommend this stay!

The house was exactly as described—very clean, quiet, and just a short walk from the town center. The pool was a lovely bonus, and everything was well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Tim's place was in a perfect location, and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. The home was as advertised, and was very clean and comfortable. The complex has great pools and facilities as well. Our group loved staying at Tim's place an we will book again in the future.

Excellent experience! I needed to book a last minute place to stay for Coachella and I wanted to be close to the Indian Wells Tennis Club (best Coachella shuttle stop!). Fortunately, Art’s place was available and for a good price too, especially considering how expensive prices are for Coachella. Private, easy-to-find, well-furnished and decorated, it really was the perfect place to look forward to coming back to after a day of dancing and walking all over to go between performances and stages. Extra thanks to Art for allowing a late checkout, much appreciated after a very late night due to the delayed shuttles. I would love to return again in the future!
