Our family is spread out between the midwest and west. We all met in the "middle" at Ed's place for the holidays and it was magical. It was an easy drive to skiing and we enjoyed the lake just steps behind the house for snowy walks and fat biking. The kitchen was perfect for family meals and had everything we needed and more. Our kids loved the play area and had a lot of space to run and play.

cabin was perfect for our ski trip. what a beautiful place to relax after long days on the slopes. Jamie was a great host and we can't wait to come back.

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Location was amazing on the lake! 2nd bedroom is a loft that is open to the living area but we were aware of the layout and it worked out perfectly for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely come back

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!

Great place, convenient location, beautiful views! I would recommend for anyone who is looking to ski Breck/Keystone/Vail! Perfect space for 6 guests!

Perfect for our ski trip to Loveland ski resort. 15 minute drive. Nice quiet neighborhood and next to the walking path to & around the reservoir. Thanks for the local guide for restaurants & Georgetown history. Comfy beds & nicely stocked toiletries were appreciated. Would stay again!

Amazing views, we loved it, would definitely recommend and come back to again.

The appliances all worked. The Kitchen was well equipped with knives silverware dishes cups and tools. The hot tub was excess easy to use. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The location is two minutes from grocery store and two ski shops very nearby. Several restaurants near the Grocery Store and the gas grill worked perfectly. Views are beautiful. Driveway is not paved. Jason was an excellent host easy to work with.

Wonderful place to stay!!!! Amazing fews, good water, clean bathroom and house, and very well kept!! Definitely a good recommendation as long as you don’t mind driving.

The building and unit were clean and well appointed but the folks working at the front desk are what really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating to myself and my dog. I especially love all the places to get dog waste bags and trash receptacles to put waste in......this is a great location no matter the season.

Our group enjoyed staying here for our annual Colorado ski trip! House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub with the beautiful views! Will totally stay here again.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Beautiful cabin! The space matches the pictures and description. We had a group of 8 celebrate new years and it was the perfect cozy cabin getaway! Chris communicated that the roads might be snowy on our drive up but our 4WD vehicle managed just fine. There were shovels available for us to clear snow out of the driveway. The cabin was very cold upon arrival but the pellet stove was easy to start up and they had plenty of blankets to use. The hangout space was very large, kitchen stocked with all of the essentials, and TV worked well! Beautiful view with trees covered in snow. Definitely would stay here again!

An amazing space in a great location especially for skiing. 5 mins from beaver creek lots and 15 min from vail parking. Views from house were amazing. If you are looking specifically for a place with a working fireplace or BBQ grill then I would confirm their availability before booking as we did not get either of these during our trip. Overall amazing place and would love to come back and stay again!

Kristi's place was perfect for our long ski weekend. Close to a lot of resorts and a good home base in Silverthorne, which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping if you forget anything. The home is new, well appointed and left nothing to be desired for four adults, three kids and a dog. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with, and the towels/linens were plentiful and high quality. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the full size bunk beds. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of skiing. The heated garage was also a huge plus with some low temps. Kristi was very responsive during our stay and incredibly friendly. We look forward to staying there again.

We LOVED this home! It was beautiful, cozy, and had a well stocked kitchen which I always appreciate. The home was clean and was set up beautifully. Having a large, clean garage and access to a gym + jacuzzi was such a plus. This was perfect for our group.

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is beautiful and very spacious. I especially loved the second floor and the kitchen — our group of seven was able to cook dinner and hang out there comfortably, which was a highlight. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, which our group loved. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and while it’s smaller and not as comfortable as the others, it can be perfect for kids. The driveway was spacious enough to fit two cars, including a pickup truck. The location is perfect for a ski trip — right between Vail, Breckenridge, and just a 13-minute drive to Keystone. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay, and Kiki was very responsive and polite throughout. I highly recommend this place!

The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything. We loved the architecture and decor of the house which seems to reflect the history of Leadville. Also, Jenn was awesome. So kind and responsive. We would stay there again.

This was our second time staying in Summit Sky Ranch, and it was just as amazing as we remembered! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Vail Ski Resort, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The amenities at Summit Sky Ranch are top-notch, from the relaxing clubhouse with a hot tub to the scenic views nearby. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a mountain getaway with luxury and convenience!
