We had a lovely stay over the Easter weekend. The house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two living spaces, great games room. There was some noise from the neighbours but other than that it was a very relaxing stay.

Highly recommend! The picture is exactly shown how the house is. So tidy & cozy. Feels like a home kinda vibe. We had an amazing time during our stay.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

Very accommodating host and the property was exactly as described on Fran's AirBnB listing. Spacious, comfortable and well presented home. The property has everything we needed, is very clean and has a beautiful outlook. Great location for exploring the Yarra Valley or attending a special function at the local wineries.

This house was pretty clean and spacious. It was in a perfect location for us. Vince was very responsive and was clear with instructions and any potential issues with the house (we didn’t have any). Great place to stay.

The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

We absolutely love staying at this air bnb. If you have young children don’t think twice! This is our second time staying with our toddler and the apartment is perfect with children- our son gets so excited and it makes it so easy for us as parents not having to lug around toys or things for him to play with. The apartment itself if gorgeous and comfortable with great shower pressure and the complex is new and beautiful. We particularly love the area- it’s a five minute walk to many of the main shopping malls and there are so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we go to Melbourne from now on!

What an absolute gem of an apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom AND laundry! Handily located. Close to public transport but within very close walking distance to all amenities. Very peaceful vibe. Anthony was a delight to deal with. Responsive to messages and provided a list of local attractions. HIGHLY recommended.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
