Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Fulvia nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement. Merci Fulvia !

Absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bed- 3-bath apartment in the historic center of Rome! The location is unbeatable, steps from iconic sites (Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Venezia to name a few) great restaurants and vibrant piazzas. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with modern amenities. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms (a rarity in Rome) made our group's stay so convenient. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Perfect for exploring Rome's history and culture. 5 stars, would book again!

Nathalie was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. She welcomed us upon arrival from the airport and gave us a quick tour. The place was clean with a lot of space and a comfortable/spacious bed. WiFi was good and the bathroom simple. There was a sizeable kitchen available if guests want to cook, and a good sized outdoor patio area to take advantage of. The area is extremely walkable (10 minutes north of The Colosseum and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain). There are plenty of great restaurants within minutes, including a fantastic one right across the street called da Robertino. The main draw backs are the noise. The area is quite lively and vibrant, with a jazz bar right underneath the bedroom windows. It’s also worth noting that the property is upstairs with no elevator (two flights of stairs) and could be a challenge for someone less able bodied with large suitcases. If you’re looking to feel immersed in the lively heart of Rome , this is a fantastic spot!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Stefania es una excelente anfitriona nos encanto , como anfitriona cuida cada detalle . Las instrucciones fueron muy claras , siempre estuvo al pendiente y todo salió perfecto , definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí . La ubicación no representa ningún problema ya que el sistema de transporte esta muy bien comunicado. Me sentí como en casa definitivamente ,

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

This apartment is very nice and clean and has a really nice and big balcony. The kitchen has everything that you need in a kitchen, a nice and clean bathroom and there is a lot of space in the rooms. Everything works fine! It is quiet in the evening and night, which was really nice after spending the whole day in the center of Rome. Maurizio who manages the place is very friendly and helpful - he answered our questions very quickly and he was there to say welcome when we arrived and he was showing us everything in the apartment and told us how to go to the center and so on. I will recommend this apartment - thank you for a very nice stay!

We loved staying at Serena’s place! It was our first time in Rome, so we didn’t really know what to expect, but we found all the positive reviews about this property to be entirely accurate. The location in the Monti neighborhood was perfect! There was so much to do that was just steps away from our little home for the week. Serena was always responsive and would consistently send us recommendations. She was an incredible host and you won’t regret your stay here!

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. We loved the place and when we return to Rome, we’ll definitely stay at this home!! Gracias, Lucia. Prego.

We stayed there for four night and what a super cozy place !! Fabio is also very responsive. The location is a bit far from the tourists hotspots which we actually wanted. There's a pizza shop right across the street which had delicious pizzas. The Supermarkets are also very nearby.

Stefano provides services beyond expectation. Unfortunately, my last stay my daughter get sick (not because the accomodation). Stefano helps me with getting the doctor which other will not do it.

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Fabrizio’s place was great, easy check in and check out. We had to check out early but Fabrizio was accommodating.

L'alloggio di Stefano è bello e ben arredato. È dotato di molti accessori utili per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce grazie alle indicazioni che Stefano ci ha fornito. Inoltre Stefano è stato disponibile a soddisfare delle nostre esigenze impreviste. Siamo contenti di aver scoperto questo alloggio perché per noi è stato ideale per il nostro week-end romano. Lo consigliamo.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Everything was great. Fantastic location, especially if you have a car that needs parking whilst you’re in Rome. The train station is just outside so you can quickly get round and the Vatican is approx. a 10 min walk. We stayed for two nights and the first night just walked around the city and brought a pizza back home. Everything was super close and the location felt really homey and safe. Iris is a mega-hostess and is always a message away and ready to help you out. Thanks Iris!

Единственное жилье находится на первом этаже (он же последний этаж в этом здании),дверь и окно это входная группа у квартиры, на кухне есть диванчик и там будет очень светло утром и может быть шумно от проходящих мимо людей, имейте это ввиду. Не хватает тапочек, очень холодные полы, также неплохо, чтобы были подушки на выбор, текущие были очень высокие и ребенку или человеку с больной шеей такие могут не подойти. В целом все отлично, очень отзывчивые хозяева, неплохой район.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gabriele war sehr schön! Er und seine Eltern sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist mit der Metro gut erreichbar und liegt direkt über dem familiengeführten Möbelgeschäft – entsprechend stilvoll und modern ist auch die Wohnung eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist eindeutig die große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders praktisch: Das kleine Tor kann geschlossen werden, sodass Kinder sicher spielen können. Die Metrostation ist in der Nähe und es dauert etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Termini, und in der Nähe gibt es sogar ein schönes Aquädukt, das einen Spaziergang wert ist. Insgesamt eine sehr gut ausgestattete, neuwertige und geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger, aber dennoch gut angebundener Lage – abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.
